    We had Servpro after a house fire, and overall the experience was good, but also a few…read morefrustrations. On the positive side, their response immediately after the fire was excellent. They showed up quickly and helped guide us through those first overwhelming days, offering practical advice and a clear path forward. Ricky was absolutely invaluable during this phase--calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring when we needed it most. Always attentive to our texts. The mitigation team, led by Wes, was also outstanding. Wes is a fantastic communicator--he kept us consistently updated and was very responsive to texts, which made a stressful process much easier to manage. Ricky and Wes were with us with the insurance field adjuster came to evaluate the damages, and it was helpful to have experts there. The move-out and move-in team, led by Adrienne, was equally impressive--professional, organized, and respectful of our belongings. Adrienne is a straight shooter and I respect that. Where things fell short was around expectations and communication during the repair phase. We were given move-in timelines that just weren't realistic, which led to a lot of unnecessary frustration and disappointment. The repair team, led by Zak, was mixed. Zak is personable and engaged in meetings, and a likable guy. However, he didn't seem to take notes, which meant details were often forgotten. Follow-up communication was also a challenge and it was often Wes who replied to us. That said, when it came time to complete the punch list, Zak and the team did come back and ultimately went above and beyond to address remaining issues. Savannah, in the office, was also helpful and very communicative. In short: strong early response and excellent mitigation and logistics teams, but communication and expectation-setting--especially during repairs caused undue stress.

The Green Team came to my house and pretended they couldn't get into the back door after I let them know that it was left unlocked for them. When they tried the front door (which was locked) I watched them in real time on my security cameras enter my home through my kitchen, lock the door, walk back around to the front to then proceed to use profanities to describe my family and I. I have had these people in my house cleaning twice a month for the past 9 months and without issue up until this point. After this creepy situation, I let the owner know what happened and she scheduled me with a different team (the purple team.) She seemed to be receptive and apologetic to what happened, albeit not as much as I would have been as someone running a business, and I was uneasy but I figured I would give this company another shot. After the purple team left the following week, my house smelled like it was doused in bleach and I have not heard from them since. No explanation, nothing. We have been completely ghosted by these people to the point I was concerned something happened to the person that usually texts to confirm our cleaning appointments. I texted this past Tuesday to make sure they would still be coming to clean on Wednesday when I did not receive the usual reminder text. I never got a response. I called the next day, no answer. I'm disgusted by the way I've been treated. Their conduct is beyond unprofessional and lack of communication after repeated attempts from my end is completely unacceptable. I have given them multiple opportunities and grace and to be treated this way is truly unreal. I will be sure my friends and family do not use their services due to their behavior and I would be weary of letting these people into your home.
