He went above and beyond the basics to be sure I was selecting the best color and size for my new rug. He was interested in seeing the photos I brought of my furniture, wall color and other decor. He went into great detail on proper set-up and care for the rug and padding because it was important to him since we were from out of town and had to transport the rug/padding in our vehicle back home. Had we lived locally, he assured us he would have gladly done delivery and set up. I highly recommend him and his team if you are considering any new rugs or updates in your home.
