I decided to stand off to the side and look up a few videos (muted) to see if the preloaded games were something i'd like to play. Out of nowhere an older woman came up to me and got in my face. I was a bit startled and I realized she must be an employee. Turns out she was the Manager. I'm 51 years old and this woman berated me like a 3 year old in front of other customers and employees. She said angrily that I was not allowed to look up items while in the store. I was kind of shocked she spoke to me in this way and I thought it was a joke at first. Then she started to grab for the item and said she would put it back on the shelf. At this point I was trying to keep it together. I had done nothing to be treated that way. I have always looked up items while in this store and never been accosted like that. I told her that I would stop looking on my phone, but I was keeping the item. She was pissed I didn't give it to her. She walked away in a huff to the back room. I had other items in my hand as well totaling over $40 and I was about 2 min away from making the purchase before she got in my face. After that insane treatment I walked up to Jen and told her what happened and said I won't be buying these items after all. Jen was very nice and apologized for the way I was treated.
