We wanted to match the wood downstairs, and they took the time to find the exact match from the manufacturer, which no other company (Home Depot, Lowes, or local companies) could do. The communication was great prior to the install. The guys who did the install work were wonderful. At the end, we had one very small mishap where there was a misunderstanding about the work they were going to do, and the team hopped right in and fixed it without charging us extra. It was a great experience. The one thing I would say is that this is not an "outlet", not quite sure why that is in the name-this is not a discount outlet shop. The pricing was fair and the work was excellent but it is not an outlet so do not expect discounted pricing. But for us, the quality was important and we were not looking for cheap, so glad that we chose this company.

Most of the cabinet work was done in his shop. He installed the cabinet in a single morning and it looked great and he kept the area clean. Jesse and his coworker were reliable, polite, and professional and I would definitely work with them again.
