I was able to get two matching remnants for both bathrooms. They were very no-pressure as I was trying to pick out which slabs I wanted. The cost was MUCH less than Lowe's, Home Depot, and the other granite shops in town, and there were no hidden charges. I had to wait approx one month for installation, but all the other places (except one) had the same wait time. The templates were done on a Tuesday and installation done 3 days later. They arrived on time for each appointment (they were actually early each time which was even better). The work was done efficiently and right the first time. I will definitely use this company again.

Some staff came out to ask what we needed and were friendly. We were able to look around and I was surprised on the awesome selections for remnants. It was simple to pick out our size. We were also able to see a full slab of the quartz for our kitchen instead of just the small piece at the showroom. The final remnant looks awesome in our bathroom. I liked that we were able to add the sinks and prices were really reasonable!

The level of communication between Joette and us was satisfactory. The installation crew was on time and did a great job. We noticed some pitting on a section and called about it. The install crew came back and did some additional sealing, but that didn't take care of the pits. We contacted Joette about this, and she indicated the owner of the company would come by and inspect. We waited and waited, and finally he showed up only to tell us that pitting is the nature of the material, but he would come back and personally fix it. That was over a month ago, and we haven't heard or seen him yet. We were told NOT to call the owner directly (we have his cell number) because he doesn't respond to voicemail messages. In today's world, it seems customer service is a product that a lot of businesses no longer provide. If you do decide to contract with this firm, I would let them know what your expectations are in terms of communication and service. Otherwise, you'll be left holding the bag.

Tate…read moreresponded almost immediately and came to our home the very same day to provide a free consultation. He then proceeded to perform the job. We had the wall mount that we previously used for the TV, and Tate really tried hard to make it work. Unfortunately, Tate informed us that it was not attaching to the TV reliably. He suggested that we should replace the mount for safety reasons, which we agreed, and he ran right out to obtain a new one, completing the job. My quartz was recently installed by this company on behalf of Discount House. I found this company…read morewas not responsive to DH unless they inquired on their own. An appointment window was made for 2 weeks after the template. DH had to follow up to determine when they would be ready. The appointment was made for 8-10 am. When no one showed by 10:30 AM I called DH. They then had to call Wilmington Granite to find out what was going on. They told them that the appointment was missed and they would try to show up the same day between two and 4 o'clock. I ran some errands outside the house and came home at 1:20. Wilmington Granite showed up at 1:30 and weren't even aware that they had an appointment that morning or in the afternoon between two and four. Customer service is everything this day and age, especially when we're all paying a lot more money for the same services. 2 gentlemen showed up, but one performed most of the work and had to keep calling his partner on the cell phone to come help. While cleaning up, they used a Clorox product on my wood cabinets, floor and quartz before I recognized what they were using. I would expect granite and quartz specialists to know these basic elements of the job. The quartz does look nice installed and this is what the 3 stars is for.
