Overall a good moving company. The upfront quote via virtual walk through was way short and…read morehonestly too good to be true. Maybe thats how they get you to commit. The price doubled (to the other quotes i was getting) when the packers showed up, via walking off cubic feet. I agreed to it because it was no more than I was being quoted from others and they were there ready to go to work. It would have been nice to get a more realistic quote up front. The packers were great. Very through and meticulous. On the receiving end my stuff arrived pretty close to when it was expected, no complaints on timing. The driver and workers are not the same as those that packed and disassembled the furniture so they did not know how to put it together, this just seems to be the nature of the beast. My suggestion to anyone that uses this company is to do the disassembly and assembly yourself. They are great at packing everything up and loading. Be prepared for the price to increase when the movers actually get to your place. It would be better if someone from triple 7 actually came out and gave me a more accurate quote in person. Overall no regrets with using this company the movers are very friendly and personable.

1 star. Booked an interstate move (WA to FL) with Triple 7 in April 2026. Bait-and-switch from the…read morefirst phone call to the last day of delivery. * The sales rep never mentioned a 21-business-day delivery window -- I was told it would arrive "when I needed it." That window, and the fact that it's a standard (not guaranteed) service, only came up when the crew showed up for pickup. * The 12% fuel surcharge was never mentioned verbally. * My original estimate was $3,655.68 for 350 cu.ft. By the time I signed, it was $5,262.12 for 425 cu.ft. -- 44% higher, sprung on me with the crew already there. * Their initial sales email explicitly called delivery within 21 business days "guaranteed." That word was never used again in any later communication once it mattered. * I was told my shipment would dispatch "this week." It didn't, no update, no explanation. Delivery ultimately showed up roughly 10 business days after their own contractual deadline. The driver didn't even know his own company owed a $30/day late penalty -- he had to check. I only got that credit because I pushed for it myself. Then, on delivery day, they sent a full-size 18-wheeler to an apartment complex with a normal circular parking lot entrance that other carriers handle without issue. It couldn't get in. Goods had to be reloaded onto a smaller truck on the spot -- a completely avoidable failure that ate back into the small credit I'd just fought for. Every step of this, from the first sales call to the delivery truck itself, required me catching something they either omitted or got wrong. Would not use again and would not recommend.

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel cheated by this company and I want to warn others…read more Frankly, I am still holding out hope that they will make things right. They were friendly and did some crawl space repairs for me in June 2022, I thought all was good. A year later, I had a mold problem inside my house, including in the boots of my vents. I contacted Crawlspace Fitness numerous times to see if they could verify that the vapor barrier still looked intact and that no mold was coming from the crawl space. They never replied. Another company looked, and told me that the majority of the vapor barrier had become unsealed. They also said that I now need a dehumidifier, because after CF sealed the crawl space, it has become like a greenhouse. (There was no mold in the vents, which was my initial concern.) When I told them that CF installed it, they said they weren't surprised and had seen shoddy work from them before. I let Josh know in writing that I wanted them to take a look, as I'd like to continue to work with CF if possible, and a 5 year warranty was stated on our invoice. He finally replied and said he'd moved to Tennessee, was establishing the business there, and was working on staffing the Wilmington office. He also said he found it highly unlikely that that much of our vapor barrier had come unsealed. However, he never sent anyone to verify that. I don't have the email receipt of this, as it was on an inquiry form through their site. This was a year ago. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed many times to inquire if they could just look at my crawl space and if needed, repair it. I never heard back. I now have to cut my losses and pay another company potentially a great deal of money to repair the first job that CF did. Less urgently but still bothersome. They build 2 custom crawl space doors for us for $500. Less than 2 years later, some of the latches don't close all the way and the doors are warped. If they reach out to me, I will be happy to edit or take down this review. Sometimes, this is the only thing that works. I attached an image of my unanswered emails and the 5 year warranty statement on my invoice. This does not include the inquiry form or the phone calls.
