I have reason to believe Eco Clean Window Washing caused damage to my home that was almost equal to the cost of their service. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the owner, Derek, which he deflected and ignored, I now feel compelled to share my experience. Eco Clean Window Washing failed me on the following: 1) Failed to work with me to achieve a resolution to damages. I would not be writing this if Derek had responded back to my concerns and made a good faith attempt to make things right. Instead, he ignored several of my messages, responded once claiming he did not cause any damage, and ignored my follow on message after I received a $275 repair quote that I asked him to discuss with me. I would not be writing this review if not for this. 2) I believe Eco Clean Window Washing blew the seals on the siding of my house, causing siding on my roof frame to be ripped off in a thunderstorm hours after they left (pictures attached) The quote (attached) specifically stated Derek and his crew would use low pressure to NOT blow seals. This cost me $275 to repair. 3) I believe they dented my gutters (picture attached). I was willing to ignore this initially because I understand minor damage happens, but after seeing Derek's lack of professionalism and unwillingness to resolve this issue with me directly, I feel obligated to share my story so others can be made aware. 3) Ripped up my front door mat after spraying it down, not at my request. (picture attached). Same as above. I would've ignored this if not for his lack of professionalism. 4) Showed up almost 4 hours late to the job. Derek told me he would arrive at 2pm. Derek and his crew showed up around 6pm and instead of calling or knocking on my door to notify me that they were here to begin the job, they just started. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and affording them the opportunity to straighten things out. I even told Derek I didn't expect him to cover the full cost of the repairs because there was a storm that came through. I would've been content and not posted this if he'd made a good faith gesture to resolve the issue. His complete lack of professionalism and follow through has compelled me to share this. There are too many pressure washing companies in this area for someone to perform this poorly. We all deserve better than this.

However, now, the company uses the help of technicians and I was extremely disappointed in the work. There were multiple pools of beach water inside my home. One pool literally came through a sealed window. That is far too much pressure for siding. Part of my home was not rinsed and there was a thick layer of cleaning solution on the glass that I had to clean myself. Also, one of my motion detecting flood lights was damaged with the high pressure and the light no longer works. After paying over $500 to power-wash a small 1,700 foot home, and having a poor result, I will be moving on to a new company.

I have a beach front place so bird crap is always an issue, but not for these guys. They will not wash it off the windows, that's extra. Which is fine, but instead of informing you, they pack up and tell you as they are leaving. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. You can guess how impressed now my neighbor was with their service also. Fortunately there are a lot of companies willing to do a better job.
