Super friendly, had a crew of 4 others with him. I own a beach home and asked if we could get an estimate on replacing a downspout that a recent gale knocked out. He was there within an hour at our home and quoted us a very reasonable and fair price. This wasn't low cost vinyl, it was high quality aluminum. They do have a minimum service call fee so inquire about that. The crew swiftly went to work and had the spout replaced in about 20-30 minutes. Jeremy (site manager) and the others were all busy like bees with their various roles. They were being very safety conscious working up to 40 ft. high on one of many ladders on the truck. He said they also have a bucket lift which they use in other scenarios. The results were straight and accurate. They hauled away my old spout at no extra cost. I'm sure during storm season you'll want to reach out them first. I texted David the owner and he was quick to respond. Very polite professional operation. I lucked out. Thanks AAG! Yes, I recommend with 5 stars. Hire with confidence!

I asked for a new start date and they sdaid they'd call me. A week or so later people were working on my house. No phone call. Glad I happened to be home. Recently I decided to try them again to see if they learned anything about customer service over the past few years. They haven't. I got an estimate from them for gutter guards and accepted it. I was told they were working 4-6 weeks out, so I set a reminder to reach out 6 weeks later, just in case. 6 weeks later I called and they didn't even have me on the schedule. When I told the gal she'd said they were 4-6 weeks out she called me a liar and started arguing with me. I told her to I wasn't doing business with them and hung up.

What really stood out was how thoughtful and careful they were around our property. They took great care to protect our plants and even our fish pond, which meant a lot to us. I'll admit, I waited way too long between cleanings even after their friendly reminder the first year and I definitely regret not calling them sooner. Lesson learned. Chad and the team clearly know their craft inside and out, and while I'm always willing to pay for professionalism and expertise, their pricing ended up being one of the best parts of the entire experience.
