Recently I decided to try them again to see if they learned anything about customer service over the past few years. They haven't. I got an estimate from them for gutter guards and accepted it. I was told they were working 4-6 weeks out, so I set a reminder to reach out 6 weeks later, just in case. 6 weeks later I called and they didn't even have me on the schedule.
