I hired Jordan for my beach home starting with a deep clean. When I walked into my home, expecting…read moreit to be renter ready, I was shocked and spent the next week of my stay putting things back, cleaning floors, counters, moving furniture, etc. I identified stolen items and even food in the dishwasher, heavy lint in the dryer trap and in the washing machine that had to be cleaned out before I would use either. I spoke with Jordan and she said she must have been sabotaged by one of her cleaners. After I shared photos and descriptions (at least 37 issues) of what I found, I thought she would work with me to resolve. I requested the entries into my home using her code from my management company and provided it to her for her defense and to manage her team. I requested 40 percent return on the deep cleaning fee recognizing some work was done but totally messed up before I came back into my home. Then she made the ultimate professional NO-NO. She refused to return a call, text or email for weeks until I gave up. I still have not heard from her, and I certainly have not seen a return of the portion of the outrageously high deep clean fee I had paid. I was left rushing to find replacement cleaning services. An unresponsive business is not a reliable business.

I waited to get an invoice to mention the wall. the invoice never came. Finally two weeks later invoice comes so I mention hey btw .. this happened to my wall on your watch. I paid her as soon as she asked but in response to wall damage I was told to "f" myself and that she was going to personally sue me. The cleaning job was subpar, expensive, payment method had no order or time and people are honestly scary and abusive if you have any concerns.
