We had them in to do a spring cleaning of our condo at Ocean Isle Beach back about a month ago and this past week had them back to do a sprucing up clean and they are so far and above any other folks we've had in to clean that it's amazing. It's a young couple, Greg and Miranda, and apparently they share the same work ethic and it's intense, I must say. They bring all their own cleaning supplies, tools like mops, brooms, vacuum, and they're in motion, and I mean intense motion, from the minute they arrive. Attention to the little details has always been my pet peeve with house cleaners but these folks left nothing to complain about; they did everything from clean the exterior windows, spotlessly and without a streak anywhere, wiped down baseboards, took light fixtures down and cleaned not only the globes but the light bulbs as well, got under and behind everything, every piece of furniture, the stuff you always want to get done yourself but rarely get around to doing. Another thing I like about them is that they're not a fly-by-night deal like some of the other cleaning folks we've had in. These folks are licensed and bonded, insured, the whole thing, which is comforting to know. They are courteous, friendly and hard-working and I highly recommend them to all. I could not find a single fault with any of their work and buddy, are they fast!

(Except for the microwave tray that was broken, which she failed to mention) I I tried to replace it, I couldn't find another one & had to replace the entire microwave) Also, she didn't clean the 2 rooms my husband asked her to do. Then, she went off the rails. The next time she was scheduled, she didn't show up. The next time she was late, I had guests coming, so I was stressed. My family showed up and immediately started cleaning the kitchen. (Her husband came with three kids & stayed in the car with them, it was high 80's, why didn't he take them home??? I asked him to bring them inside, he wouldn't. I was in the other room when she was leaving, I paid her, then she told my daughter I owed another $300. Not knowing other wise my daughter paid her another $300. Not ok! I liked her, but I need someone more reliable. I'm all about second chances, this is beyond second chances. I've been told that I'm too trusting, maybe that's true. Wow! I really am gullible, lesson learned.

When I walked into my home, expecting…read moreit to be renter ready, I was shocked and spent the next week of my stay putting things back, cleaning floors, counters, moving furniture, etc. I identified stolen items and even food in the dishwasher, heavy lint in the dryer trap and in the washing machine that had to be cleaned out before I would use either. I spoke with Jordan and she said she must have been sabotaged by one of her cleaners. After I shared photos and descriptions (at least 37 issues) of what I found, I thought she would work with me to resolve. I requested the entries into my home using her code from my management company and provided it to her for her defense and to manage her team. I requested 40 percent return on the deep cleaning fee recognizing some work was done but totally messed up before I came back into my home. Then she made the ultimate professional NO-NO. She refused to return a call, text or email for weeks until I gave up. I still have not heard from her, and I certainly have not seen a return of the portion of the outrageously high deep clean fee I had paid. I was left rushing to find replacement cleaning services. An unresponsive business is not a reliable business.
