I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

Since the house was completely empty, the cleaning ended up being more challenging than I expected (funny how every little mark shows when there's no furniture to distract you!). I knew it was too much for me to take on by myself so I started researching house cleaners. Keith and Katrina are the owners and are truly special people. This is a family run business and it shows. They responded to my quote requested within minutes. I outlined everything I wanted done and they assured me they could tackle it. They were right. My condo is so clean. Probably cleaner than when I first moved in. No joke. The care they took with me and my personal belongings was so reassuring. I'm not usually comfortable with this kind of service in my private home. They aren't least expensive quote I received and not the highest. Definitely in the middle with their rates. But so worth it. Every penny. I will use them again and refer them to everyone I know.
