They…read moresparkled like new when she was done!!! not knowing the prices for having a few things like that done it was $400 but I really don't know pricing that well! She did sweep and mop on our second floor of our 2100 square-foot home as well but the main area that she cleaned was the shower stalls and tub surround in two bathrooms and the oven! It seemed pricey at first, but otherwise we would have had to buy two new shower stalls because a friend was staying there and used bleach to clean the shower stalls. They were a mess and she really made them look brand new for $400. She did ask for 500 but I asked for a discount and she did it for 400.00! I'm not 100% sure what her move-in and move out cleanings cost but this was different. It was a by the job cleaning meaning two showers and an oven. She swept upstairs and then moved some things downstairs out of her way. If you have the job that you don't think you can clean on your own she is definitely worth the money.

I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

I thought that was steep for just two rooms but said ok and asked them to send me an invoice. I've many contractors and pay all on time. When I got home that night the folding closet door had obviously fallen with the device puncturing the wall and the door then set aside. The walls were fresh new paint from a week prior. I waited to get an invoice to mention the wall. the invoice never came. Finally two weeks later invoice comes so I mention hey btw .. this happened to my wall on your watch. I paid her as soon as she asked but in response to wall damage I was told to "f" myself and that she was going to personally sue me. The cleaning job was subpar, expensive, payment method had no order or time and people are honestly scary and abusive if you have any concerns.
