Requested deep cleaning and I didn't get that…read more I was informed that I could do a walk through of the home and that it was cleaned. I came home to see the following pictures. 2 dirty showers and 1 dirty tub. Explanation that I received was that the tub wouldn't drain but just like any tub it won't drain if it's CLOSED! Shower was explained to me that it's minerals but I can easily wipe my hands across and had scum coming off the shower. I would do more research instead of choosing this company. My house is 3800 sq ft and for a deep cleaning only 1 person was sent that's not effective. Resolution was to $50 off a $400 service or for her to come back the next day and do these things over. But if I'm paying you to do a service why would I want you to do it again you obviously are not capable...... Take my advice and look for another company.

I found this company through Groupon and purchased moving services as well as cleaning services…read more I had them clean my new apt using my Groupon and then the next day they helped me move. I needed help packing so the cleaning ladies came early to help pack and then after that they started the move-out deep cleaning (that was not part of the Groupon and I was charged separately). So I have to first start off with, I was quite the diva with this move. My boyfriend didn't realize the end of the month was like, now. He thought he had another week to pack. Bcs of this mishap we only had 3 days to pack with no new home in sight. I had made appointments on the hopes that I would have found a home in time. I was dealing with Julia and bless her soul, she was ever so kind to me. She, at no point in time, caught an attitude with me whatsoever. I had to cancel and push back the appt 3 times. Then they were on stand by for a bit too. It was that crazy with the lease signing and getting the keys to the new place. In the end it all worked out. Everyone was super nice and professional, they showed up on time, they wore their face masks and gloves - (crazy how the times are right now with this Covid 19 still going around). The movers took way longer than the 3 I had paid for with the Groupon so I just paid the extra time, which was well worth it! We had a crazy amount of stuff, it was unbelievable. This company is basically an all in one shop for moving! They also do junk removal, carpet cleaning and probably much more! I would suggest to call them ahead of time to get a quote before buying the Groupon bcs they don't even get half the Groupon amount and they deserve every penny! They all worked nonstop and I never heard any complaints. All in all, great service and great people! I will definitely be calling on them for a future move and cleaning! Totally saved me a ton of energy and stress!!!!

Simply said: DO NOT use this company for any of the services they offer…read more Why? *They left some of our belongings behind. *I paid for junk removal and everything wasn't removed. *The maids seemed to do a good job until I started unpacking and had to clean behind them. Where did the long, black hair in the sinks, cabinets and floors come from? *And the kicker? We went outside to tip and say goodbye and guess what! They offloaded most of our belongings in the garage! Who moves into a garage? The boxes needing to go upstairs were marked with red tape. I had to call them back to finish. The next day I went to hand off the keys at my old place, and found the belongings they didn't move and the remainder of the junk not hauled. I had to hire another company to clean up what they left behind. We didn't have a lot of furniture, mostly all boxes. I asked them about using a dolly and was told it's harder. Harder? It takes longer for each of you to carry one box at a time. Did I mention they charge by the hour? Because mostly everything was boxed, we used those plastic storage bins with the drawers. ALL BROKEN. Wheels missing. Cracked. Broken apart and stacked in different places. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!

I recently moved to Henderson, and after being disappointed with the services of another company…read morefor my move-in "deep cleaning", I decided to try LV Cleaning (with my fingers crossed). First, the communication was really great from the start. They alerted me the team was running a little behind schedule and would be about an hour late arriving. I didn't mind and appreciated the heads up. Once the cleaning team arrived, I showed them around and they got to work right away. I really appreciated that they removed their shoes and wore socks (I didn't even ask) being respectful of my floors. I work from home, so i was in my office w the door closed for much of the time. However, when I did step out and walk around, I noticed how meticulously they were cleaning -- dusting and wiping down blinds, cleaning toilets, glass and even wiping down the doors to each room. To my surprise, they actually swept the leaves from my welcome mat and porch. I was impressed. Before they left, they asked me to walk around and make sure I was pleased with everything. I really appreciated that -- and I was very pleased with their work! I wish I would've hired LV Cleaning for my move-in cleaning, as I think it would've been a much better experience. Nonetheless, I'm so happy I found them now, and I look forward to their coming back every few weeks!!

It is so hard to commit to deep cleaning and even tidying up for working parents sometimes. The feeling of exhaustion made me procrastinate, and instead of a planned cleaning day it turns into a "sleep" day. The problem is, after doing this so many times and not accomplishing any cleaning, clutter happens and those we definitely don't want to clean areas get worse. You also don't want to invite anyone over because of the mess. Thank you Sargent Cleaning Service for creating a pristine and lovely atmosphere in my home! I honestly don't know where to begin: Bathrooms are immaculate, kitchen floors are shiny, beds are professionally made, those areas with dust are gone, and I finally feel so good coming home and not being embarrassed having people over! I highly recommend Sargent Cleaning Service over others in town, especially because of the pricing (Things are so expensive nowadays!) and I have been so happy and satisfied with the results. I have felt SO much better having a desirable space to come home to and instead of planning a deep cleaning day on my days off, I can finally have some "me" time for more rest, relaxation, self-care days, and using this time to spend with family and friends. I am so elated to have discovered Sargent Cleaning Service when going through posts on a Las Vegas Moms page on Facebook. Rebecca and her team did not disappoint, I am grateful to have found such an affordable cleaning company that has done such a great job and given me my time off back to enjoy.
