Was about to book a plane ticket to fly halfway across the country. Until I was rushed and boxed into a corner by Jason. Who stated if I didn't give him a non-refundable 10% down payment before ever touching the car, he would sell it to anyone that walked in. Jason refused to not hold it for a period of 24 hours. Jason refused to accept any else than the 10 % down payment, stating it was a business decision. Which ultimately lost him a guaranteed sale. Makes me wonder what is going on with this car (blue Defender 90). According to their web site the car is still for sale, I wonder where are all these other buyers are? I bought a 2013 BMW 328ix with 61k mileage from Dream Car and Anna Courtney was handling the car and paperwork, in the call she was very pushy and with 735 credit score she said I should be lucky with APR over 10% but she knocked it down way lower eventually. I also asked Ken (i think that was his name) if he had a detailed maintenance history other than the CarFax and he said no and said NO problem whatsoever with the car, which was NOT true. In LESS than a year, the car has a MAJOR oil filter housing gasket and front thrust arm bushing problem which COST $2k to fix. The car itself was $15k. So for potential buyers planning to buy from them, good luck, as for the business, I hope you tell the truth if there was an actual problem with the car and come up with a solution before buyers buying the car, or if it is after, then at least work for a reimbursement. I did read a review with similar case as mine from Christopher Lee, turns out they have a pattern of "legitimate human error" and not disclosing issues of the car they are selling, so again, if you are planning to buy a car from them, read the reviews and good luck read more

I have been searching for an affordable vehicle for my daughter and found a Fiat 500 with a manual transmission listed at this dealership. I called late in the afternoon to schedule a viewing/test drive and the vehicle was parked out in front for us the following morning ready to look at. When my wife, daughter and I arrived we were greeted in a freindly and professional matter, we were offered beverages and a happy smiling demeanor. Car was as described, (we were very happy with appearance) so we took it for a test drive. We talked about the condition of the vehicle and what has been done with it when it arrived at the dealership. I was given details...including the thickness of the brake rotors....NEVER GOT THAT BEFORE. As it was, the brakes were just fine and really did not need to be replaced, but to increase our comfort level...knowing that my daughter will be on her own 2100 miles away, Jason Courtney (store manager) did a complete brake job prior to delivering. Unfortunately because of the extra work, we couldn't pick it up on time as it was on a Saturday of Memorial weekend and our plans are to leave early Tuesday morning. This dealership went far and beyond....they delivered the Fiat to my door...20+ miles away while we were at my nephews baptism. I bought a 1980 Rolls Royce from them to be shipped to San Francisco. The car had a lot of minor damage and wear and tear (leather that was cracked, dents all over the rear valence panel, hole in the floor, degraded condition of mats) that I was assured was not there when I was asking about it. Also Andrew lied to me about the car mechanically, specifically about the break accumulators which are expensive to fix. I was furnished photos and description of a top condition car, only to receive one with significant mechanical and cosmetic defects that was worth about $10 grand less than what I paid for it. They were not accommodating or sympathetic about this when I received the car either, just insisting I could not bring it back. In hindsight I should have taken them to court over this. read more

Update: 2/22 Was just called and browbeaten for writing a "frivolous" review and that they would like to help rather than send me the demand letter that their attorney is writing. Will make sure to share my review (opinion) of their dealership on all other social media platforms also. 2/21 Was looking for a rare car and happened to find it here. Flew in with my daughter to buy the car and the check engine light came on during the test drive (first sign I shouldn't buy it). They checked it out and said it was nothing... Ended up getting a few hundred dollars off for that but it wasn't worth it... On our 400 mile drive home the tire went flat. Turns out it was a $500 rim that was cracked and not by us. The mechanic said it was poorly patched/attempted to be fixed. That ruined the tire also +$300 more. So now we are home ($800 later). Check engine light comes on again for a sensor, $500, then another sensor, $500, after that it came on again for an emissions issue and was $1,000 which I didn't fix.... Now I am stuck with this lemon. Maybe its their fault, maybe a misrepresentation, or maybe just unlucky. Either way, I wouldn't go back. read more

This dealer sells nice cars but beware as the ads may exaggerate features that may not be on the vehicle. Flew into Ohare but they were unwilling to pick you up from airport even though they are less than 20 miles away. They lack in customer service. read more

Called to inquire about one of their cars a couple weeks ago. Wanted to stop by 2 Saturday's ago, but was told they'd be closed due to a Rolls Royce event they were attending in Wisconsin (wasn't updated on their website they'd be closed that Saturday), they take down my name and number, agree I'll come by the next Saturday. I call them the next Saturday (last Saturday) just to confirm we're g2g. I get the heave-ho how he's only got 1 time, 3pm that day, for me to see the car, and he's got appointments all day, and he's get all kinds of inquiries on the car, and that he has to close 2 hours early too (again, website not updated with the adjusted hours open that day). I tell him I have another appointment near that time so that won't work. I'm pretty much told oh well. (Mind it when I call their still open for another 6 hours.) That's not the end. I go to my other appointment. I get 4 missed calls during it. It's this place again. They're asking if I'm coming to see the car. I tell them again I already had another appointment and 3pm wouldn't work, I told them that, and if they're truly closing 2 hours early that day, then I won't be able to see the car. They again pretty much are like "oh well". If I've got to grade service for this place, I'd have to give it an F. Don't take down names and numbers to see a car and then give them the heave-ho that you can't show them the car. read more

I was looking for a used AWD Mercedes Benz under $10k for weeks from private sellers without much success. Expanded my search to used car dealers and found a vehicle on their web site close to what I wanted except it was 8 cylinder. Drove down & found the car as advertised in great condition. Jason (owner) said they stay away from the E350 (6 cylinder) because of engine problems. I had read that on some cars review sites before so that showed me he knows his stuff - you can tell he loves the car business. I found the people there to be straight shooters (yes, I know they are used car dealers) and I was able to negotiate the price down a little bit (it was already priced appropriately) so we stuck a deal quickly. The only hick up was they could not find the 2nd set of keys. They said they would call me when they got the 2nd set but it would take a week or 2. I started to get nervous as the 2nd week was ending but they called letting me know I could pick up the 2nd set. Glad I didn't have to hound them. It has been about 6 weeks now since the purchase and all is well with the car. Will consider additional purchases with them for my kids. read more

Stay far-far away. They guaranteed complete customer satisfaction and it was by far the worst buying experience of my life. The ad was total bs. I received the car and it was full of scratches, the engine light was on and all the tires were of a different make. Then, the car ended up needing an inordinate amount of additional expense: bushings, alignment, engine light, brake light, on and on.. I have all the receipts to prove it from my mechanic and a dealership. Had I been in the same state, I would have dragged them to court for fraud. The place is run by the biggest losers named Jakoff and his little wife, Holga, their names escape me now. They assured me that they ONLY sell quality cars and that every car they sell is totally inspected and repaired for whatever it may need BEFORE any sale. Total BS. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. And if anything, make sure you have the car totally checked out before anything. Better yet, stay far-far away. It rates a big fat ZERO!!! read more

Very misleading!!! Website ad had very misleading information about a BMW 540i touring. The ad called out MANY options the car did not have. When I spoke with a salesman I was told the ad was a mistaken copy from a previous sold 540i. OK, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I still liked the car and negotiated a fair price over the phone. I asked the salesman about condition of the car and if it had any rust. I was assured it was in brand new condition with no rust and everything works, beautiful car. Up to this point my experience was pretty positive aside from the misleading ad. I drove down from Milwaukee area (1:45 drive) showed up and the car was not there. Mostly my fault as I showed up unannounced, was told 30 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and was told 10 minutes. I was continually assured it was worth the wait and how great of shape the car was in, "Like new". Car shows up over an hour later. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt again. Step outside to look at the car, which was still full of suds from the car wash down the street, and had clothes in it from the salesman who seemed to be using it as his daily driver. I take a quick look around the car and was immediately confronted with rust stain on the side skirt and rust all along the bottom of the passenger side door. NOT HAPPY! Look around further, a few dings here and there, and headlights have some moisture inside lenses. Interior had broken cup holder, dirty, dead pixel in the radio display. I pop the hood and am greeted to an oily dirty engine with visible signs of multiple leaks. NOT HAPPY! At this point I say I am going to have to pass on the car it has rust and oil leaks that I do not want to deal with. To my surprise the sales managers starts getting very defensive and tells me the car is 15 years old what did I expect. I expected a "like new" car with NO RUST. Turned into a giant waste of a half day of vacation. I would be very careful with how misleading they can be. Recently purchased a Volkswagen passat from this dealership, and the very next day the oil pressure light came on. I got a diagnostic from two different mechanics and it was determined that the engine is bad and it's only a matter of time before the motor is completely ruined. I had called them hoping they could help me but they had absolutely nothing to offer, very rude and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality purchase and good service for the amount of money they're spending. read more

DO NOT BUY from this place. I had a horrible experience at this dealer. The salesman will quote a price over the phone then deny the quote a day later. He and his staff are crude and rude. The car we bought had a clean car fax at the time of the sale but checking the carfax again a few months after the sale, and surprise, nasty old crash reported. The repairs of the damage were very shoddy as well. If you don't mind buying a poorly repaired wreck at moderate to high market prices, go ahead. I dealt with Alex and Sales Manager Jason. These guys are nice guys but simply salesman in nature. I bought a car from out of state and I made a mistake dealing with this location. Yes I was sent pictures. Yes even a video but conveniently no photos of Any of the problems. Left out accidentally....i don't think so. I was shown exactly what I wanted to see but was not shown in the issues with the vehicle that might have swayed my decision. All scratches and scuffs were not in view and when I asked Alex of it had any exterior issues he said "none". Well I have scratches and scuffs all over, busted rear parking sensor, torn upholstery,broken ac air deflector, navigation doesn't work, rear lift gate window will not stay up, missing floor mats, faded out wiper blades etc etc. I would challenge anyone to view the 60 photos presented to me as well as the 1:47 video sent to me and see if any of these issues were visible even in the least. The most well trained eye would not have spotted these and I am positive were not disclosed to me because had I known I would not have purchased this vehicle. They deliberately deceived me knowing I wouldn't know until it was to late. Once car arrived via shipping then it was mine. So my review is this. Do not buy from this dealer unless you can visually go and see car. If you are not able to personally see, then DO NOT TRUST you will get the good and the bad...they will act like most salesman and tell you what you want to hear highlighting only the good and leaving the negatives out. Also my communication was predominantly via email and text and that was by design as I wanted a written record of what was being discussed and these folks did NOT want to engage in this form of communication repeatedly telling me I needed to call. When you call there is no record of what is being said therefore no way to prove who was being honest and who wasn't. I have proof of my experience if you want to know who is truthful and who isn't. I have never left a review for any business because I don't like to complain but when you spend thousands of dollars and place your trust in someone you would hope to be dealt with honestly and I wasn't Very very disappointed in NC.
