This store seems to carry the full line of the lingerie products, which was nice so I could try on what I had been looking at online. There was a person who assisted me and she mostly was helpful, although it felt like she knew the products only about half way and she just didn't feel all that friendly. They have some drawers with the sizes, but I guess only the sales people are allowed to go through the drawers and I was kind of bummed about that, because I had a certain style I was looking for and I wanted to try to find cuter designs but was uncomfortable digging in. I kept kind of looking in them and she didn't say "hey go ahead and take a look in there" or anything. It was awkward and not very comfortable. I ended up finding a few bras in the "plunge" line. I hope they work out for what I was looking for. At one point, I kind of wanted to maybe try on the "demi" style, but I just felt sort of uncomfortable asking to go back into the dressing room again, so I just decided to get what I had. I was hoping to take a quick glance at some dresses during the appointment to see if I wanted to come back for my own dress on a different date. Everything was going well at first. She then instructed all accompanying guest to sit on the couch. It then became clear that Bonnie was the only person allowed to browse dresses and pick them for the bride to try on. The quality of the dresses were a bit questionable, looked similar to temu/SHEIN quality. After the first dress, Bonnie started insisting my best friend's dress was at David's Bridal. I wasn't sure if this sudden change of demeanor was because of a comment my friend made about her budget (which wasn't low) or because the rest of our party were Spanish speakers giving their opinion Spanish. It then started to seem like she did not want to make a sale. We asked her several times to pull specific dresses that we could see on the rack and suggested different styles, but she refused and even said "a ballgown on the beach? She will look stupid" to one dress we pointed at(pictured). She also told the bride she will not lose any weight because the holidays were coming up. After a few dresses, we decided to leave. We both could not believe the experience we had just had. Luckily, we had amazing experiences and found our dresses at Bridal and Veil in San Diego.
