The flowers were prepped at the Ajax location but I was able to specify them for pick up at Pickering Town Center which was more convenient for me. I made a quick call to customer service as I was a little confused as to where the flowers were ending up at first but it was sorted out with no problem and the rep was very friendly. As for the actual flowers, they were fresh, colourful, and with some not quite blooming yet which is absolutely perfect so the recipients can enjoy their flowers in full bloom. When I asked Lori's flowers why, they gave me an excuse that the tulip fields had flooded. Why then can go into any supermarket and purchase nicer, more colourful tulips? There is no tulip shortage this year (2023). There is nothing online about tulip fields flooding. When I told them I was not satisfied they basically gave me the bird and did nothing to make the situation better (like apologize for not fulfilling what is advertised.) Guess they don't mind dissatisfied customers and making the elderly feel like they are in a funeral home. Lori's did "God Bless" me though, so I guess it is run by some cult or some-such that feels no compunction to satisfy the heathens that order from them. Truly creepy. I will not use them again and recommend you don't either. Unless you go to the same creepy church.
