They set the expectation that the flowers would not be delivered same day, and it was totally understandable as it was the day before Christmas. It was so nice of them to tell me ASAP and gave me a realistic update, and made sure that they would be delivered on Dec 27th. On Dec 26th, I found out that my co worker has already gone home from the hospital and I needed to update the delivery address, so I emailed & left them a voicemail. Even though the shop was closed for the holidays, I still received an email confirmation about an hour later and I was rest assured that address would be updated. It was a great experience with Metro Florist inc from start to finish and I would definitely re-order from here again in the future :)

He got the arrangement made up and sent out for delivery. My cousin called me to thank me 5 hours later for the gorgeous flowers. (She was out when they arrived.) I called and was very upset - they were unapologetic and quite frankly rude - I was not contacted to say that they could not fulfill my order and perhaps we could do something else as I would have expected. The flowers sent were of good quality but it was not what I ordered and I spent well over 200 for the arrangement. The manager called and spoke with me then sent me a 6 inch poinsettia as an apology! They ran out of red roses on that day so I chose a prepackaged flower. The flowers were nicely packaged and were of good quality. Nice and easy with street parking, not really an in-depth review as I haven't tried their delivery service. I believe there are couple florists on that street, I chose this because they have pretty decent Google reviews.
