MN Home Outlet - Lots of great small and large appliances from all major appliance brands!

MN Home Outlet

Like a typical masculine person, I love tools... What is better than tools? Buying tools at a…read morediscount or at an outlet or closeout price?! I am not sure about every MN outlet store, the one I usually go to is in Burnsville next to Menards (yes, I hang out there too). This MN Outlet as a close out for home improvement store. It has closeouts on sinks, tiles, cabinets, etc. Most important it has tools.. Lots and lots of tools. Be forewarned, if you leave your husband unattended, he can spend over 4 hours looking at router bits... Don't lose your 'child'.

I have been a loyal shopper at MN Home Outlet since they first opened in Burnsville. However that…read moreis nearing an end for me and my purchases. When MNHO first opened I felt like a kid in a candy shop! As a Real Estate addict I am always in need of something. I found in the beginning I apparently needed more than I thought as often times my trips would result in someone having to bring a trailer to pick up whatever treasure I purchased. TVs, vanities, vacuum cleaner, patio set, tools, chandeliers, you name it, Ive bought it. The last few times I have gone I have seen a higher increase in pricing. The unfortunate part about this is that some of the items they now have, you would never expect for them to be there and now you see them at a slightly discounted price- for example today I saw cute pillow cases that were $8.00. If they were $2.00 I would have thrown them in the cart. The kicker for me was a small accent pillow marked for $19.99. While their facility is now HUGE their always changing inventory is no where near as exciting as it once was. As some of the other reviews mentioned it is often the case to get something with using parts or not in working order. The occasional sales are a nice way to feel like you are getting a deal, but if I'm being honest I would rather go to the original venue to ensure I get it right the first time. Sorry MNHO, I am no longer your biggest fan. Sincerely Disappointed shopper

LL Flooring - Burnsville

LL Flooring - Burnsville

I'm not usually the one to type up a review but I felt the need to do so after what I would…read moreconsider, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I visited LL Flooring in Burnsville, MN. We had a very positive experience while visiting the store. We decided to proceed with a flooring project for our basement. We engage LL Flooring to install the flooring as they're the "experts". The "experts" arrived to install the flooring and by noon had walked off the job stating that the flooring was defective. Not only was it not defective, but they also started by installing the flooring in the middle of the room. I couldn't get another installation crew out for several days. It was also my responsibility to submit a service ticket, take picture of the defective flooring, and then work with LL Flooring customer support. I did this and didn't hear back till the following week and when I finally spoke with the customer service representative, she said that they don't have an SLA and that it's totally acceptable to respond back in that time frame. I cancelled the installation, installed it myself (with no issues and I'm not an expert installer by any means) and for the entire inconvenience of this project I was offered $150 credit. There's a lot more I could elaborate on regarding the poor customer service and experience my wife and I had but I hope that anyone who reads this reconsiders utilizing LL Flooring for installation. They're subcontractors, not LL Flooring employees, who care very little about your experience. This is from their website. I mentioned this to the customer relationship manager who I worked with. She said that they don't need to do anything and that she can send me a copy of the contract. Does this sound like it matches what they have on their website for their company values? Core Values We are Customer Obsessed We Embrace Diversity We Arrive with Integrity We Seize Opportunities We are Resilient We Own our Outcomes I wish you best of luck on your flooring project!

Poor quality flooring, first and only purchase from LL turns out to be under a class action lawsuit…read morehttps://msstrandbamboo.com/. I purchased the flooring in 2014 from LL in Burnsville and when I noticed the flooring was swelling and cracking I opened a warranty claim in 2016 which I was declined. Its clearly defective with some boards flat and smooth, as others have ripples and cracking. Flooring was laid in my den that is climate controlled and rarely used. LL has also had issues with formaldehyde in their flooring. They don't care about the health of their customers, and as with the class action, I was correct about my flooring being defective.
