I made a comment in an email so I had to be pre-better by telephone the day before the appointment to make sure that I understood their prices, and was prepared to pay. I would never work with these people. They think Hunter Douglas is such a superior product when in my experience, it is not. Just try exercising a lifetime warranty. Maybe the snobbish lady just has a bad personality, then she shouldn't be in sales. I will spend my 3000 elsewhere.

All the other competitors said it was impossible and made other much more costly suggestions. Yumin Situ was not only able to help but did an excellent job. I was initially was a little hesitant because they're wasn't a showroom. However, Situ made a personal visit and showed us the various products and all worked out great. The staff had it all ready for her and even helped her put it in the car BUT they forgot to give her the glue. Once she arrived home I immediately realized the error and called them at which point I went from a very happy customer to a very unhappy customer. The staff and the manager were combative, unhelpful and completely unwilling to accept responsibility for their oversight. Furthermore, they flat-out refused to assume the cost of shipping the glue to me or even offer a product discount. Luckily, I found a comparable and less expensive product at my local hardware store.
