I had friends recommend this brand to me when I needed blinds for my new home and that s when I approached them I find the staff and ppl at this particular outlet not very helpful Each time I called spoke with a heavy accent person who refused to give any information Finally I did go there and they handed me a paper for the measurements So they actually expected me to go back and forth freakin out with the window measurements They charge for sending someone home with the measurements as the measurement guys are not their employees and are a third party Being in the blinds business I would think it would only make sense for them to hire ppl for the window measurements From my phone call till now it doesn't make much sense They have a 20 % or 25 % discount on till Dec 1st and I'm still not motivated to go back and forth for a blinds quote I'm actually planning on getting my blinds done by another vendor Trust me haven't had a chance to even compare the prices with them as I have no quote from them yet Not going back here for sure read more

I would like to update the saga of my long awaited blinds. As of today, the fifth of six blinds was installed ... and finally I can say they are all looking fine! The process did involve reordering three of the blinds and a few visits by the installer. However, during this time the installer and the Montreal Customer Service contact person were congenial, accessible and amenable to getting the job done properly. I can confirm that Customer Service will indeed persevere and work cooperatively until the blinds are correct and customer satisfaction has been achieved. Thank you to RDC & OS. read more

blinds are OK, bought 4 and had to bring 2 back for repairs. In total waited 2 weeks and was not satisfied at all. Phoned head office to put in a complaint and they never even phoned back after talking to them. Their satisfaction policy promise is non existence. I will not recommend them to any family or friends. I will not recommend anyone to go Blinds to Go Brampton location. I had a brand new condo which needs all the window covered. I had renter set to move in in Jan 2021 and have four weeks left to do all this work done. As par designer Lucy Ali, this can be done within this time frame. Then I ordered custom made shade & vertical including installation and paid as well. As soon as I paid then I came know that it will be on their "system" mercy/availability when installer can go and get the measurement, then only they will place custom made order which may take 2-3 weeks. Once custom made shade/vertical ready then again I have to wait for their system mercy/availability for installers time. when I got call from Store saying that my order is ready to pick up. Then I go to store to schedule the installer to install then I found that no schedule available for another 3 weeks. I am beyond frustrated now with this situation. Just waiting for this to be done ASAP. read more
