My sister in law was mortified, my brother could care less. I went to Blinds to Go to see if I could just purchase some slats to replace the chewed ones, thinking I could replace them myself. I was told to bring the blinds in as they were covered by warranty. The slats were repaired free of charge...even though it wasn't a manufacturers error.
