I stumbled upon Canadian Shade during one of my searches and low and behold within 15 minutes I knew what I wanted. The website is so well laid out with dimensions, options and pricing that I knew straight away what I required. A phone call to Canadian shade the next day was answered by Chris who was at a job site but put time aside to chat about my project. Another call was placed to Brenda and voila I had a quote within days to my specifications. The 19x12 foot Pergolino unit was dropped of months later as COVID was holding up the production line. I installed the unit myself and it is truly a wonderful piece of workmanship. Brenda actually managed to quote me on fabric for my 1980's older awning attached to the house. He was very knowledgeable on the products and allowed us to weigh the pros and cons of the different systems available. Three weeks later, their crew came and installed the awning. They were very courteous and completed the job within a few hours. A few months later, we were having an issue with our wind sensor and thought it was broken. We called Canadian Shade and Chris was back the next day. As it turns out, it was just an issue with the battery which he replaced that day. No cost. No complaints. He was happy to help. Chris called us recently and asked us share our experience and we were more then happy to do so.
