We had an excellent experience with Utah Basements this past year. They completed our unfinished…read morebasement with 2 bedrooms, large living area, exercise room, utility room, linen closet, under the stairs closet, and full bath. They were able to schedule us immediately once we received all the bids, and the project took roughly 9 weeks from start to final walkthrough. Utah Basements was the second highest bid received, partly because they did not do the flooring (which we got through RC Willey). Communicating with Todd was very convenient, and he responded quickly to text, email, and messages through the UBKB online client portal, where we formally documented design changes. Victor was on site most days and was extremely professional and very friendly. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and always contacted us when there was an issue or he needed direction. Once materials were in, the crew made fantastic progress framing, plumbing, and electrical. The rest of the process went very smoothly, with the minor exception that a bunch of paint touch ups were needed, but those were taken care of immediately. Overall we had a top-notch experience with Todd, Victor and UBKB, couldn't be happier with the final product, and would definitely recommend them if you need a basement finished!

MVA Pro is wrapping up a 6 week remodel at my house, and working with Alex has been my best…read morecontractor experience yet. At the end of the project, the most important question is, would I work with this person again? The answer is a resounding yes. I'm already planning more projects with Alex for the spring. I'm no stranger to remodeling. Precious contractors have had sky high prices with truly mediocre results that left me wishing I'd just done the work myself. Alex and his crew have done outstanding work at reasonable prices, while being very receptive to my feedback and high expectations. Selfishly, I don't even want to post this review because I'd rather keep this awesome unicorn contractor for myself but since Alex has done so much for me, I gotta at least return the favor.

I have had an excellent experience with Wright Sheds. Their customer service is responsive,…read morepatient, and genuinely focused on making sure the customer is satisfied. The team carefully color-matched the paint and designed the building to complement an existing structure. The installers were professional, courteous, and meticulous about making sure everything was plumb, level, square, and aesthetically pleasing. Amador, the lead builder, was especially helpful and did excellent work. Jenn leading the design-estimating-project management process was first class. One item later needed attention, and Wright Sheds handled it professionally and completed the repair to my satisfaction. That kind of follow-through says a great deal about a company. I have owned Wright Sheds buildings for approximately five years, and the quality has held up very well. Based on the workmanship, service, and long-term durability, I would confidently recommend Wright Sheds.

We selected the upgrades we wanted and the shed cost less than it would've with Tuff Shed. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them if you want a stress free experience and a high quality shed.

I inquired about the replacement of the cabinet base beneath the kitchen sink through Yelp. The…read morerenters in my rental property had allowed a leak to completely destroy the particle board. It was so warped that I could not make it work myself and I don't have all the saws and tools it required to attempt to fix it myself. Matt and Tahnee were quick to respond and I went with them even though they only had one review, and I'm glad I did. They kept me informed about the process and provided a video walk through when the work was done. I feel the price charged was fair, and it saved me from trying to figure out what to do myself. He also fixed an old drywall hole that had been in the back wall under the sink for the last 13 years at no additional cost. Better than expected. Thank you Full Nest for a quality job.

From the moment of contact, Matt was professional and reliable. I'm an out-of-state owner of a…read morerental house and cannot be onsite so it's easy for contractors to cut corners but still charge top dollar for their work. This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night. Full Nest is now in my Rolodex for any future projects that come up and Matt will be my first call.
