The one and only other time we had Hazel professionally groomed, they kept her for five hours, and the place looked like an assembly line with all the other dogs in there. When I picked up Hazel from the other place, it was clear that she was stressed out, and she was very thirsty. Hazel was happy and relaxed when I picked her up from Sudsy Muffins. She takes good care of our cats when we are out of town, feeding them, giving pills, talking to them, and playing a little. She also keeps our indoor plants alive, brings in packages, and rolls out the garbage cans once a week. We have a young Border Collie, a breed notorious for its ability to work on its own. We were aware…read morethat we needed some superior training for our super smart Willow to reach her potential as partner to humans. We can get basic training anywhere, that's where David at 7F came in. He worked simultaneously with Willow and our family, showing us how to control her so that we all enjoyed our time together. We immediately felt as if David understood our Border Collie. Willow fell in love with him and he built a trust with her and she quickly learned the fundamentals. But we were also keenly aware we the humans needed training too. This was actually the most frustrating part for us but David was so patient with us. Slowly, but eventually it all clicked. We are so grateful not only for the friendship we built but for the solid kick start David gave us with Willow. Don't get me wrong, the humans have to put in 3 times the work than the dog does.
