We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! Didn't even charge me!!' Said he will get the money next week when he puts a clean out in for only $1,500!!!!! SHOP LOCALLY!!!! I will never use anyone else ever again for my plumbing issues!!! I called him up and arranged for him to do the repair when I was in town. He showed up on time and did the job quickly. He needed to get the parts from a local supply house and it didn't take very long. In addition to fixing the leak he stream lined my connections which had been crazy pieces patched together. He was done in two hours and didn't ruin my day. Price was reasonable. I would recommend him.

We physically went to the problem source, discussed his fix, and explained what caused the problem in the first place. Actually gave me a lesson in "Water leaks"... There was, naturally, a charge for the work and parts, but the LESSONS WERE FREE! This young man is a credit to the younger generation and a credit to his company. Could not be more pleased. I recommend White and Jake 1000 percent! Good people!

Had this place put in a sewage pump when mine quit. The service guy checked the date on the pump…read morecalled the manufacture and found it was still under warranty and told me I would get paid back for a new one .He ordered the pump in thier name but wanted me to pick it up and leave the old one with the dealer to return . I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.

She had someone out quickly to assess the situation and they completed the job at lightning speed. The guys even went out of their way to address my concerns about a floor issue where the new hot water heater was to be placed. I was told that I had a pipe burst under my house. We called roto rooter they came out and dug to…read morebottom of basement cut a hole in the floor and put a new pipe in out to the septic tank In the process they were digging under the concrete slab that my poop filters at on I have wrot iron fencing around my pool with brick columns so they say that they are done I go outside to look when I get home and they had taken one brick column and an 8 foot section of the concrete slab the bricks and all. Concrete were gone the fence was down all the while them not saying anything but that they had to cut some of the pipe for the pool. So after all of this after about a week the water backs up in the house again. ( first time before they " fixed it" the septic tank was full and needed pumped out. Now the thing backs up about once a week the pipe they put under the house they got too deep and it runs up hill to the tank I had them come out and they said it was my lateral lines. That I didn't have any. So I dug in some new ones hitting all the old ones that weren't there I told them that the tank would over fill if it were on the lateral lines As of now I have to go out every day or two and run a pipe down the clean out or the pipe ( they put in ) had a plug that I nock into the septic tank. They in short made a full tank that only needed pumped cost me $27,xxx.ccx. I had them out several time there answer to me was i needed to put in a new system but the system was working for 20 plus years just had a full tank and after they worked on it and took my money. It doesn't work

I had been using my garbage disposal earlier that day while cooking in preparation for the party. I was finishing up making my beds and found water in my basement at 1am! I was trying to figure out what happened. It was to late to call anyone. I was able to clean up the water which was a complete mess. I woke up early Sunday morning and called Charlie at 7am. My sisters were driving into Springfield later that morning. Charlie said he would be at my home in 30 min. I want to say Charlie was amazing. He worked fast and unplugged my septic. I so thankful!
