When he stated that to the glass rep my only negative comment, if you want to call it that, during the entire exchange of emails was "Really Mr. Martinez, You would stoop so low as to allude that I would cause damage to the window. Shame on you. Have you no control over your anger?" I was never upset with the window company about the installation of the window. The company owner agreed to install the window but after numerous emails, which I can produce, he continued to be hostile, intimidating, harassing and refused to install the window even though it was still under warranty. He bought the windows and installed them so the warranty fell on him. Did you notice that the owner did not deny any of the other comments that I listed? His response saying I was not truthful is completely false. He is still threatening to sue me for this post. I have all the documentation I need to support what I have said.

Well, all of the electrical wiring in the lights of the roof of the Ramada need to be repaired, and although Alonso initially said he'd fix it, he has now disappeared not returning calls or messages for weeks. An electrical company came out and quoted us about $900 to fix it, so unfortunately we will just have to pay out of pocket to get it done. The Ramadas are cool, but if something goes wrong don't expect any resolution from them.
