Luckily El Vaquero sells only elotes and churros, and since they're a food truck, they're available on-the-go! We found El Vaquero parked on Far East Zaragoza, when after a delicious dinner at Don Carbon we detected a faint churros aroma in the air, and then we saw El Vaquero with a giant sign that said "Churros," we had to investigate... Not only are the churros all warm and fresh, but they also have lots of filling flavors, I didn't even know a strawberry-filled churro could even exist, but it does and El Vaquero has it. We got a strawberry and a cajeta churro, both were delicious, and only $2 each! We haven't tried the elotes yet, but definitely next time, they looked very good.
