I have been coming here for 2 months. The people are knowledgable about their product and the industry. I have had no problems with them what so ever. I did have an issue with a purchase I had. And when the management realized there was an issue, they corrected it immediately. I was surprised by the honesty of management and refunded all of my money. I personally find this company as honest as I have have ever dealt with. They acknowledged their mistake and corrected accordingly. I am a loyal customer of theirs. Bad experience first time there but second visit was awesome!!! I have to say that the first time I came here I got really REALLY bad service! No one greeted me when I came and when I was helped the person seemed really irritated I even bothered coming in and asking questions about their product and pricing. I literally was coming in to buy a whole kit and didn't care too much about pricing but the service I got that day turned me off so I left. I just left the place and I have to say the second time coming in I wasn't expecting too much. My bf needed more juice so we went inside. Right off the bat we were greeted and I was surprised and then I started asking him about the juice and flavors and he seemed to know a lot about it. I then found out that he was one of the store managers there! He even offered to let me try out one if their popular flavors the cloud 9. It tastes amazing!! It's fruity and kinda reminds me of skittles??? Since he gave it to me on the house I will definitely be coming back to try out other bottles he recommended. Years ago this was my go to place for everything. Then started having too many issues with Mods Purchased from there. They used to have great quality employees that were knowledgeable and cared what customers needed. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Was specifically told I could return the battery I bought if it did not work correctly. I originally brought the battery back because I was having connection issues. The first associate said it was a problem with my take. Upon borrowing a friends battery of a different brand, the tank worked just fine. I decided to return the battery I bought at this location after SPECIFICALLY BEING TOLD I COULD since the other battery worked and was turned away because I didn't know the type of tank I had used. Horrible! I went in to buy my boyfriend a e cig for his birthday. The kid working told me if my boyfriend didn't like it I could return it and get something different. Boyfriend didn't like it and when I went back to return it, another kid was working and told me they don't do returns. No manager, in fact he was out of town. I talked to the "manager" on the phone and he told me that the guy that sold me the e cig was new at the time and didn't know the policy. They did nothing for me. I bought the e cig on 4/20 and brought it in today on 5/20. In the 30 days I had to return it. The manager yelled at me and told me over the phone "I was going to give you store credit but since you went on a rant, I'm not going to do that." I'm contacting the better business bureau. Went to this vape shop this afternoon to buy some e-liquid. When I entered the store I wasn't greeted. Every vape shop that I've entered there is normally a greeting. The guy was sitting in the chair behind the desk and I had asked him what kind of liquids do you guys carry. His response was "Yeah". Then started smiling. Then I told him I didn't understand. He then replied "Yeah" once more. Then I noticed his eyes bloodshot and looked like he was stoned off his ass. I then asked him if he was being serious about the situation. He response once more was "Yeah". I then thought to myself that this guy's name must be One Word Tom. All he knew was "Yeah". I then got upset with the situation because I just wanted to get some liquid. This is a disgrace to this company. And I will never go back or suggest this company to anyone. Terrible customer service Jared did not know his product I showed him my current mod and he noted that the one I was asking about was very similar get to looking at it and DID NOT OPEN it - it is still wrapped in plastic. Go back to return it as he did say within 30 days I could as long as it was not opened and used - go to return it 5 days later and the gentleman who assisted me when I let him know what was going on had the audacity to say "well you should know your product before you buy it I can't do a return for it or even an exchange obviously he didn't know what he was talking about" and I said well you'd think your associates would know the product you're selling. Beyond irritated and will not suggest any body use this shop. Xrtreme vapes in Plano or green vapor in Addison or frisco will now be the only places I suggest anybody to go to much better customer service and they know their products and can inform you with CORRECT INFORMATION. read more

My wife bought me an Fuchai ecig and several juices for Christmas at the Stonebriar mall location,she spent well over $200.00 I have had nothing but trouble after trouble , I work out of state and have brought it back 3 times, it leaks no Matter what he did to it, he powers up when it feels like it, I brought it back this evening and all he could say is sorry, I ask him to exchange it and he said he couldn't, so I'm stuck with a 200 dollar ecig that will not work nor will they make it right, I would suggest before buying anything at this store you need to assure yourself he will not make it right if it don't properly work, very dissatisfied customer read more

Awful shop, awful juices, horrendous customer service. I have now been in the shop 3 times, and waited at least 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. And then, a certain time, they didn't even have what I asked for. In addition, they are very poorly staffed. Ok this just happened. I bought a juice the other day, and it turned out to be disgusting. It tasted like cough syrup and I can't even use it. I brought it back in the box with the receipt to see if I could hopefully exchange it and that I also needed a refill on CBD oil. The girl just kind of looked at me blankly and said we can't do anything about juice. So I was like that sucks, but fair enough. I still need CBD. She asked what kind I use and then said oh no we do have that kind. Um. Ok. So she actually asked me if the place I got it from was still open and suggested I just go there. I'm in sales, but even if I wasn't, I'm pretty sure telling your customer to go elsewhere instead of helping them find a great product that you DO sell is not great customer service. I drove all the way out here from Mckinney because the guy who helped me last time was awesome and they honor a mall discount. I wanted to buy CBD oil, new juice, and a new Juul, but she just gave me and my money away. I'll just pay the extra money if this is how much my business is appreciated here. The staff may be knowledgable but the service is terrible. First few times I have come in I waited at least 20 minutes to get helped...and once even 40 minutes just to get a refill. Many of the employees have their friends hang out at the store which seems to distract them and they find it more important to joke around with them than take care of the customer. read more

Very large selection of quality products that are competitively priced! Tons of accessories and such-- seemingly understaffed, but the person behind the counter always rings me up in a timely manner, even if the shop has a few patrons in it. The staff is knowledgeable-- my favorite part about shopping this new vape-culture. No one really knows the deep details of this stuff, but the people working at Dragonfly know what they're selling. One time purchase from here, and I won't be going back. Bought a starter kit from them that started leaking on the first day. The employee set it up in store. Called the next day when it opened and they told me I could bring it in for a replacement unit, but when I showed up they wouldn't allow an exchange and tried to tell me that I had broken it.
