Ok just in town for a project. I like good take out Chinese. This place was exactly how I like it. The chicken for the sweet and sour was ideal. Very well cooked. The fried rice is very good I had the pork and there was a good mix to it. Down side- it looked closed when I pulled up. It's pretty dreary inside old light tubes. The Fortune Cookie had a Amazon add for dude wraps in my fortune message?!?! Way odd! UP side- they can alway upgrade the light the food is great They leave a go assortment of sauces and stuff to set up your carry out. Great place. read more

What am I missing? Once again I gave into having a meal from here. The upside was the food is very good, and the open kitchen is entertaining. The downside is everything is filthy. The dining room is has thick mop leavings extending several inches from the walls. The walls harbor spiders in all the corners. Oh yea, that entertaining kitchen had two cooks in filthy clothing, and the cooking area looked unclean as well. How is this place getting 4 and 5 stars? I went here to try their Crabmeat Rangoon as we needed a large quantity for a party and our usual place wasn't going to be open. And to get some lunch. First the Crabmeat Rangoon were not the usual that you typically get. These were folded in a triangle and fried. They were very good. With a good quantity of filling and good proportion of crabmeat to cream cheese. The lunch was another story. My small order of beef and pea pods was literally a half container of pea pods with about 10 pcs. of beef and a few sliced water chestnuts. My wife's shrimp with lobster sauce was much the same. 4 pcs. of shrimp and very runny sauce. YMMV, but I doubt we'll be returning. read more

Best Chinese in Jefferson County. Never a long wait for food, seating available inside but better suited for take out. Family based, friendly owners... you'll probably meet the kids if there at night or on a weekend. Food is freshly made and very flavorful. This is mostly a place for takeout. I went for lunch and received a large takeout order of Kung Bo shrimp that was hot and tasted great. The fried rice with pork pieces was excellent and the food was not salty or had too much sauce. The prices are very reasonable. read more

I love this place, especially for lunch. I have more food than I can eat for $4.55, $4.80 with the tax. Currently taking a break from my Kung Bo Chicken with fried rice. It was pretty good for a sketchy Chinese place, but when we sat down to eat, a disturbance was made while two kids at another table were watching YouTube while turning it up very loud. Ate their on 7/25/2013 and had a cooked fly in my meal was so disgusted I could not finish my meal and was sick the day after. When I confronted the management they were rude, denied I was their and made me dig through my trash to retrieve the container. Luckily I found the container still with fly intact and returned it to them. I used to eat here regularly but will not return not only because of the fly but the rudeness I was greeted with when confronting them. Get some fly paper and close your back door and I might, might return someday. read more
