I don't understand any of the negative reviews. The wait to get in was kind of long, but it moved fairly quickly. This is a relatively new restaurant so I'd expect a longer wait than other more established businesses. Once we got through the door and checked in / paid at the register, we were directed to some chairs nearby. It didn't take long before we were escorted to our table - maybe 30 minutes for the entire wait. The cost was also shockingly affordable considering other buffets in town charge significantly higher prices. The buffet is a good size and has such a variety of options. We loaded up our plates more times than we can count and were satisfied with every last bite. The food was always fresh and hot and the lines didn't take too long to get through despite how busy it was at the time. I can't remember all the food we ate, but I know we liked the Chinese chicken, Rangoon, egg rolls, soup, crab legs, lobster Mac & cheese (though it was VERY lobster-y) and everything else we tried. The ambiance is similar to most of their buffets, in my opinion - nothing special or fancy, but definitely not a "G.C." vibe. Staff were great friendly and efficient but not much interaction. Was good at refills but other than that never talked to her. She did come and clear the table of plate very often . As for the buffet good selection oh food and everything look fresh. The ambience is good. First time here. The buffet appears to hold hot food. But it was disappointing. Sadly it was not hot. My husband complained his food was cold. My rice and the pepper steak were cold. So was the egg roll. I mentioned it to the waitress. I had a salad and egg drop soup too. The soup temp was not too hot, but it was ok. When I went back for seconds there was a new batch of rice and pepper steak but it was still at best lukewarm. The desserts were ok, just not a great selection. It's a pricy buffet at $18. Before coming I had read an article about this place being so good and having great options, so I decided to try it out. Now I'm thinking they may have paid for that positive article. Do not waste your money here. Food was cold, flavorless and just all around bad. Fries lacked flavor, egg rolls tasted off, and the pizza was terrible. They were serving cookies from a plastic tray that you get when buying them from a store. Place was really nice though and had really elegant decor. I was not expecting much from a buffet, but i was expecting warm food at the very least. First off this place is appealing to the eye. The selection of food is awesome and they're constantly bringing out fresh new items. Sushi was great and pretty much everything else. I decided to eat at this all you can eat buffet on 410 and Marbach Rd. When we enter the place we were ask how many and not a warm welcome nor how are you all doing there weee three people at the counter and non of them said anything either. We paid and were seated the person the took us to our table did not want to be there as she did not say a thing. Once our waiter came to our table he asked us what we would like to drink, by the ti e we came back to our table our drinks were there. I was not impressed with the new restaurant as for the price we paid we could have gotten better somewhere else. The time that we arrive was in the evening and all that food should have been hot, the place was crowded and full which the food would turn over really fast. Before I served my self I went and looked around to see what they had, a few new things that I have not seen at other buffets were fried frog legs, crawfish boil, and coconut shrimp wish had a good clover but it was also cold. I did not eat any fried frog legs, but the party I was with did and they love them and they were hot. They had a sing that said BBQ but, all they had was chicken and beef stick which the chicken was very tasty but the beef was cold and not a good taste for me. The spring rolls were cold but the egg rolls were hot, the crab Rangoon was also cold and the lo mein was also cold, very disappointed. I got whole fried crab legs and could not find utensils to crack them, I asked the waiter for some and he said we have to crack them with our hand well I did and it cut my thumb and I was bleeding and let him know and he apologize and brought me a Band-Aid with some alcohol pads, I was not going to use alcohol pads, it was deep enough that it really hurt but not deep enough for stitches. I saw that they brought the fries out so I went to get some and they were just warm as if they had been sitting In the back waiting for them to place them in the front. I only got 2 as I did not want to waste if they were not hot, a few minutes later they bought onion rings so I was excited and got 4 as did not think nothing of it, well they were cold not warm very disappointing, just waisted them. I saw that there was another sign the said wok but there was nothing. As I think that they open without having everything ready for their opening maybe it will come later, they also had a hot dog roller with nothing on it. The macaroni and cheese have been out for at least 15 minutes and all dried out so we did not get to taste those as they never brought out until we were leaving. The salad bar, fruit bar, and shrimp bar were very nice and clean, the sushi bar was also nice and full. They also had two types of soup of mushroom soup and egg drop soup. They also had square crunches that go inside the egg drop soup, which was really good. Soup was hot and It had a great flavor. They had 4 different ice cream which was good. I really like the neon lights that they had around the food. I cannot give them a good rating as there was just too many things not good enough for them to be open just less than a week. I have taken photos so once I saw more food was being brought out. The restroom was clean. One thing I did not like was that the approached a family and stated that they did not pay for everyone that was around the table. They did not do this discreetly but in front of a lot of people instead of bringing their customer to the side and then to find out later on, that there was a misunderstanding and children do have to pay but the way it was handled was not professional. read more

My dad, 83 yo disabled veteran went out to eat and parked in the handicap, which he has it embedded on his license plate "disabled veteran" got his truck towed because he didn't have the handicap placard on his rear view mirror. We were excited to visit after the pictures we saw on an article and the promise of fresh and better food. They delivered on the decor from the previous tenant. I will definitely give them that. It was very nice and cozy, and felt more private yet easier access to buffet itself. The food....well not so good. Super inconsistent. Let's start with the main culprits. The octopus was one. The first go around we had some of the most tender and flavorful version we've had. The next go around it was chewy and practically inedible like chewing on old gum. I've had better lo mein at Panda Express. The most unforgivable, and when we decided to get up was raw chicken on the teriyaki chicken skewers. It may be that it wasn't open to long, but raw chicken is unforgivable. It was affordable, but not nearly as many options or flavor as the original tenant. We may visit again, just to see if they are working the kinks out. read more

Food is OK- We usually go To Dragon's Buffet for lunch to catch up on family news. WARNINGS: For those folks with Disabled Veteran (xxDVxxx) license plate who do not (yet) have the blue "Disabled" placard for your rear view mirror or no "wheelchair" icon on your license plate, don't park in the Disable spot here, they will have your car towed away. I found that very "unkind" to Disable Veterans -- I actually witnessed Other merchants making a courtesy announcement that the owner of xxDVxxx license plate should report to their cashier within 5-10 minutes if they are in the store. This will help give the Disabled customer a warning, to avoid the towing/releasing fees in the hundreds of dollars and it saves them a long wait in the heat under the tarp to have the vehicle released. If no one shows up in response to the announcement, then calling the tow truck will be well justified. read more

The have a lot of food options for Asian foods and the restaurant is nice and clean. One thing I also appreciate that no other restaurant has was a step stool by the bathroom sink so my toddler can reach to wash her hands. Bathroom was very clean too. The staff was very nice. We were greated by the person who took us to our table. The drinks were at our table when we returned with our plates. Our plates were picked up as soon as we finished using them. As we know, every chinese buffet taste different and some have more or less of a choice of food. Overall, the service outstanding, the food was average just like any other buffet restaurant. I could see the other patrons getting multiple plates and enjoying the food. The music being played their could be from a better selection. The restaurant was super clean. The non existent reception area is so congested and was not thought out at all. It's so chaotic for no reason due to the lack of space and people coming and going. It's a frustration point I saw quite a few people turn away without ever making it inside at all. The place is pretty and the layout of the food is nice. Aside from this the food is average or below what you would expect at any regional Chinese buffet.
