Eric worked directly with our son to get a feel for what would make this his dream car and then he knocked it out of the park. This car is both sexy by day as she is by night! The price was lower than we anticipated and the quality of this liquid wrap is far better than the vinyl we had before. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for this and we are excited to line up our next car with Pro Dips!

Avoid this place. Brought my car in to have chrome elements wrapped in black. I showed up for my…read moredrop off appointment, he was still a ways out so told me to hide the key and leave it. I asked when I made the appointment if he also does dash cam installs, cause that was something else I needed. He said yes and quoted me. When I came to pick up the car when he told me, it seemed he forgot about the dash cam and asked if I could "hang out for a bit" while they didn't quick. It took almost 3 hours. On the drive home, my check engine light was on, but he assured it would turn off, which it did. When I got the car in daylight to see it, the wrap was horrible. Pinched corners, chrome still exposed, uneven cuts, etc. also, the interior elements weren't replaced correctly, so my door wouldn't close and the A pillar cover came off. I told him and scheduled an appointment to bring it back. I showed up for that appointment, and he wasn't there. He didn't answer my calls or texts (as he had been before) and ghosted me. I had to fix it myself. To top it off, he ran the power cable of the camera directly to the battery, which I didn't realize. After a work trip, I came home to a dead battery, and had to call AAA, who pointed out the camera wire. I've had previous cars wrapped, but this was the worst experience with a shop I've had.

Before i get into my horrible experience at this place, I'll let you know that you can expect to…read moresee a nasty response to it by All Auto Salvage... Because that's how he handles his negative reviews. He refers to his unhappy customers as inept, idiots having personal problems and encourages them to never come back. This is who you will be dealing with.. So if you are a novice and don't know much about mechanics and what parts look like, don't go here. This place is for people that know what they're doing. If you don't, You will most likely get screwed big time. I ordered a part for my vehicle that my mechanic told me to look for. I went on their website, put in the information for my vehicle and saw that they had the part that fit my vehicle. They pulled the part. I came to pick it up. I paid them $80 for the used part and they handed me the part and the receipt. Have a nice day ma'am. I brought it to my mechanic and they said it was not the correct part. No problem.. Mistakes happen. They have a supposed 30 day return policy. When i came to return the part, they insisted it was not the part they sold me so I'm out of luck. They insisted on this because the color of the marker on the part wasn't "their color" and it had to come from somewhere else. So the rect THEY gave me was different from the part THEY gave me, and I didn't know how to tell the difference.. Since i didn't know the color or their sharpie. He had no intention of honoring his return policy. He basically acted as if i was trying to screw him over.. As if I went shopping for a worthless part at another junkyard just to bring it to him for a refund. He essentially accused me of trying to pull one over on him. The part i returned was the part that was handed to me by All Auto. It's not like i have parts hanging around. And it's not me to be dishonest and screw people over. So it certainly is NOT MY PROBLEM if they handed me a part that was incorrect. I'm a really calm and subdued person... As anyone that knows me will tell you. But this guy was so nasty and demeaning that i COMPLETELY lost my sh"@:! It's really hard to get me to that point. This has happened maybe one other time in my 48 year life. Obviously, i didn't get my refund. My caution to you: unless you are a mechanic that knows parts well and can either pull the part themself or can check that the part they are handed is correct, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
