ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

I can stay home and work instead of sitting somewhere for an for a few hours... Eli, the owner, said they could have someone out to me the next day. Fabian arrived promptly at 9am and got right to work. I was just getting the interior done as I wanted my cloth seats shampooed and he did the seats 2x to make sure everything came out. He even did the headliner, which was unexpected, and washed and dried the outside as well. Fabian did a great job! When he left, Eli emailed me a link to go online and pay, directly out of QuickBook. Quick, easy, and efficient. I like it! It was slightly more than I've previously paid for a detail, but I'll gladly pay for quality work and excellent customer service. Plus, I was able to stay home and work instead of having to spend 2 hours sitting somewhere. I'll definitely call them again!

Getting it home, I wanted to get a detail on it right away to wash the salt off, and also clean up some of the mess the dealership prep left with armorall on my interior. The prices should be laid out beforehand with detailed breakdown, it looks suspicious when you make up a price on the spot with no computer using your phone calculator. Stop looking, this is the place! From the moment I made contact with these guys, I felt like I was in good hands. I told them my situation (horrible chemical damage from pressure washing company), and they got me in quickly to assess the damage and figure out what they could do. I arrived, and was immediately impressed at their beautifull shop and showroom. I was greeted by Jose and Fran, two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a good while. It was like we were already good friends right off the bat. I didnt get that fake feeling either, these are genuine good people. They quickly assessed the damage and condition of the paint with special equipment, and did a test patch for me to show exactly what he could do. As we were chatting, I soon realized I was dealing with people who have a true passion for what they do. My anxiety over the situation washed away as Jose and Fran assured me they could bring my poor car back to beautifull. Before I knew it, I had piece of mind, and an appointment just a few days later, which was perfect for my schedual. Fast foreward to pickup. I arrive at the shop and am warmly greeted once again. My car was in the middle of the showroom, with a car cover for the big reveal. It was an experience. My jaw dropped as they lifted the cover. My car looked better than when I bought it 10 years ago. I was in awe of how nice it came out. They went over everything they did and made sure I was completely satisfied. Did I mention they gave me a complimentary interior cleaning, and also ceramic coated my windshield as a surprise? To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They even polished my headlights and my custom exhaust tips! It is also worth noting that they are so stand up, that when they realized they mis quoted me (low) on the price originally, they honored the price, with absolutely no push back. That in itself speaks volumes. Their prices are way more than fair, and im talking about the regular price. They came in 25% cheaper than the other shop I considered. The other shop also was not going to do half the work Jose and Fran did, let alone the extras they so nicely hooked me up with. Before I left, they answered all my questions, and are setting me up with some products they recommend to keep my car looking great. We chatted for a few, and I left feeling like part of the High Contrast family. I already have my next service planned for my wifes car! I Look foreward to the great service, and seeing Jose and Fran again. These guys rock!
