overall good Chinese food around here .wings are good , fried rice is not yellow . kinda reminds me of New York style Chinese food .

Had high hopes. 2 visits with mixed outcomes. Fast and hot food whether you order the counter or you order ahead. Zero photos. Again. There isn't anything about this food or location that stands out. Teriyaki chicken. Too much sauce. Fried rice, oil oil oil. Loved the broth for all the soups I tried. Then the dumpling in one was under cooked. Solid cheese Rangoon. White rice is good consistency. Wife and I visited here hoping to find a replacement for our favorite local Chinese restaurant, which went sour on us over the past years. The place is your average strip mall little joint, with a walk up counter. The owners or staff that were there had a small child (maybe 1-2 years old) behind the counter, which was OK if maybe not the healthiest idea. We ordered and I got the curry beef and wife got the Mongolian beef. The curry beef was supposed to be yellow curry, I had mine with just the beef, onions and green peppers, the sauce is supposed to be spicy and yellow; this was green, runny and not very spicy. The meat was tough and in huge chunks, and they don't even have plastic knives to cut it so you wither have to try to chew and swallow huge chunks or pick up the meat by u our fingers and gnaw it apart. My wife said her Mongolian beef was not very tasty, kind of bland, and rice was very dry. Same problem with her meat. I ordered a sweet tea which was extremely sweet and tasted as if it had been sitting for several days. Prices were inexpensive, thank goodness. Overall won't return but would recommend as a slightly less than average Chinese food experience. I must add that the owners or staff or whoever served us were very polite, courteous and efficient. read more

I'm with you Chris M. I gave them 2 stars because they were so nice. However the food was horrible. I ordered veggie lo mein with egg drop soup. If you ruin egg drop soup that's a deal breaker in itself. The veggie lo mein should have been named lo mein, because there were only one broccoli in the dish. The egg drop should have been named egg yolk soup. It was very orange and more like a slime consistency then soupy. Also I order sweet and sour chicken with plain rice for my sweetie. The chicken was extremely dry and terribly hard as if it had been microwaved 1,000 times. The best part of this meal was the fortune cookie. I will not eat here again. I was disappointed in my vegetarian meal. read more

Very nice people super accommodating during all of this covid nightmare. Wonton soup best in the area. I got a large for my husband and he didn't finish it but told me to save it for later. He never does that with Chinese food. Super tasty crab Rangoon. My steamed dumplings were really good as well. My mom has the chicken with broccoli and loved it. We are definitely coming back to try more of what's on the menu. read more

Hiram Dragon 168 was by far worst food I ever had. I called and complained and was told that's how it was spose to be and was told there was nothing he could do. I will never buy from here again, and encourage you to do like wise. The Powder Springs Dragon 168 gets 5 stares, great food and service! read more

Food was really not good. Sesame chicken tasted like pineapple and had no sesame seeds. Rice was overcooked and dry. Lo mein was oily. Egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, egg rolls (undercooked had had allspice?) and crab Rangoon also not good. Only thing we enjoyed was the Singapore Chow Mai Fun. They are polite and fast. The dragon 168 in powder springs closed at 10 where I usually go so I went to the one in Hiram that was open until 11. I ordered 4 shrimp egg rolls and a small shrimp fried rice. The egg rolls didn't have any shrimp in them and they gave me yellow rice with shrimp. Their clearly not the same restaurant. read more

I hate to write bad reviews... especially when the customer service is great.. but this food is HORRIBLE. Called in for a delivery and spoke to a really sweet girl who said the food would arrive in 40 minutes. And to my surprise it actually arrived sooner and was delivered by a pretty nice man. But the actual food? Just gross. The teriyaki chicken was bland rubber. The rice was nasty. And the egg drop soup looked and tasted like egg drop oil. This place has really great Chinese food. We've eaten here for several years and are never disappointed with the quality or speed of service. It's a small takeout place, but they know how to do it right. Their House Special soup is to die for. My family likes to get that and the egg drop soup and mix them. Their crab rangoons are really delicious too. The ingredients are always fresh, and everything is made to order. Yum!! read more

The absolute worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. Traditional dishes are nothing like they should be. The sesame chicken was dry with zero sauce. The Mongolian beef was rubbery and and grisly. The food was horrible. We decided to try this place, moving to Brookstone several years ago. The lady on the phone was nice, however did not deliver five miles or more. My wife ended up driving to pick it up. What a waste. We each took two bites and threw the rest out. I would not recommend this place for good chinese. No flavor and cold.
