I had back and neck pain…read more I have been to several Chiropractors over the years and have had positive outcomes. This time it was not good in any way. The treatment was ineffective - all he did was to touch my skin with a metal "spark maker". Then the billing is a nightmare. He billed my insurance company for over $450 for visits on 2 different days. I only saw him on 1 day and the bill he gave me was $150. MY friend who referred me told me he did the same thing on her insurance. He billed my secondary insurance company instead of my primary. I had told him they won't pay until they see what my primary paid. He refused to bill my primary because "they never pay." That may be true, but until the primary is billed my secondary will not pay (and they pay in full). So I am caught between a rock and a hard place. In addition, I saw his wife (also a chiropractor) for the 1st half of the treatment. She is a provider on my primary. Initially she denied that. They are still billing me for her full service even though I should only have to pay $15 for her portion of the treatment. Stay away - this practice is bad in every way.

He did not try to look at me for 10 minutes and rush me out the door like all my doctors have done. I haven't had any medical insurance for a long time and at 50 years old and somehealth issues I'm way overdue for a checkup. He saw me late (a 6 p.m. appointment). I was his last patient of the day and he did not rush anything. I have another appointment at this clinic in three weeks unfortunately he will not be there but I have nothing but great things to say of him. Thanks Doc !!!
