Once I saw how he coded my procedure; I immediately called my Insurance company and told them he coded the procedure incorrectly thus charging my insurance over $4,000 more than he should have. When I brought this to the attention of Dr. Loewe, he tried to back step his way out of it with a convoluted explanation which was nothing shorter than a bold lie. I've reported his conduct and fraud to the Florida Health Care portal and also the Federation of State Medical Boards website. He should be retired by now and if he's not; he should be in jail.

The next morning I returned for my procedure. The doctor I had last time retired so Dr. Bernstein was assigned( no pun intended). Professional and nice personnel. They made me feel comfortable and I had the best sleep in the last 24 hours. Staff could not have been better; called next day to check on my condition.

Not sure why but i went, After 4 months several blood tests and invasive procedures i am no closer to treatment. The other day i got angry and did some research and found out ACROSS THE STREET--LITERALLY is the physician who is the authority on Hep C, He has written articles, books and has a large clinic ACROSS the street! Did she mention him? NO she did not. SO since sept 2016 i have been in acute liver failure, NOTHING has been done despite me now owing over$200.00 in unpaid medical bills (i am on a VERY limited income) so this B.S. is a real hardship for me.
