Then they called RX to WRONG PHARMACY. At visit Dr. LOEWE started ranting and racing about politics and that he'd have to retire because of the health care system. I found another doctor.

I have 2 separate events that reinforce my bad experience. EVENT 1. I have a syndrome that required rapid colonoscopy-endoscopy in Dec 2021. Despite much "sweet talk" from Dr Kucera and his PA at consult - I received no follow-up. Despite calling daily/begging for results for several polyps - nobody bothered to call - responding several days later citing the "holidays" as the delay and the person complained about working 12 hr shifts, being understaffed. It didn't seem to matter that I was very concerned about Cancer! EVENT 2. I have hemorrhoids for removal and have called several times to reschedule apt (as I sit here, 2 weeks without call back - despite being "assured" by receptionist. Totally unprofessional. Be warned.

Did she mention him? NO she did not. SO since sept 2016 i have been in acute liver failure, NOTHING has been done despite me now owing over$200.00 in unpaid medical bills (i am on a VERY limited income) so this B.S. is a real hardship for me.
