I did not receive a thorough exam. I've spent a lot of time in a dentist chair over my 68 years and he may be the worst in just the fact that he didn't communicate with me at all. Hopefully he doesn't treat all his patients like this and maybe he was having a bad day. The dental hygienist was very nice and did a good job. The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. They did tell me my insurance wouldn't cover any of the dental costs but upon returning home home I call BCBS and they do cover 50% even though Ocean Drive Dentistry is not in their group. I don't agree with the added 20.00 for PPE and I wasn't advised of this charge in advance.

Waterway dental was able to get me an appointment within 10 days of my call for request. They were really kind about not shame-y about the work that i needed done and were also able to get me booked in appointments very quickly to fix what needed to be fixed. Overall, VERY happy with my appointment today and while i'm not excited about the work that's scheduled, i'm no longer scared of it which is a win for me!

I reached out to Dr. Arnette's office for an emergency procedure while on vacation, not expecting to be treated the very same day and with such great service. His staff were welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Arnette was able to complete the procedure in less than 20 minutes. After the numbing set in he came in and began drilling on the left side of my mouth. And then filled the tooth and drilled once more all without numbing. I got out of there as fast as I could and came back the next day they were open to confront them on the problem which they completely denied. They were supposed to see my two-year-old son next month but I wouldn't let that doctor get anywhere near my child's mouth.
