So INCONVENIENT!!!…read more The office told me i could not use an Uber because of anesthesia issues, but i could use a county ride thru MediVan. After arriving in the office almost 2 hours early, i was told (after the almost 2 hour wait for my appt time) that they could not give me the exam because the Medivan driver was not waiting in the office for me. HOW INCONVENIENT!!! (not even considering the fast and mineral junk i endured for the 3 days of prep)...then a few weeks later i started getting bills from their office for a NO SHOW! (Additionally, this was my second appt, as someone in their office cancelled my first appt, unbeknownst to me, until i called to confirm before i started the fast/prep)

I was so nervous, but again, she has such a wonderful bedside manner, and she put me completely at ease. She discovered my issue and put me on antibiotics which cured me completely. I don't exactly "want" to have to see her again, but in the future when I need a G.I. doctor, it will be her that I see.
