They were obviously busy behind the double doors because every hour a PCA would come to the waiting room and take vitals. After about 4 hours in the waiting room they called me back and asked me not to be mad but they lost mine and other patients' bloodwork. After a total of 9 hours I was called back and told they only have 1 of 3 CT scans working and had a CT scan performed. After 10 hours I was told I would need to be admitted and have surgery because my CT results were concerning. Waiting for surgeons to come by to talk bit no one, then a few hours later I was told "Oh, sorry, we re-reviewed your CT results and they are not concerning, the Radiologist re-read the CT scan and changed the diagnosis. So we finally got out of there. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the doctor was super. the processes I had to go thru to get seen is why I am rating as a 2. There may be other emergency centers close by, but we are not familiar with the.

I will say that I still had to do some work BUT, TM will also think of things that you may not. If you are doing your own research alongside them, then you may as well do the claim yourself. I cannot say anything negative about their conduct compared to the none existing claiming to be appointed "Vet" advocates. BORDERLINE: If you have a 90% disability rating, the fee by TM is not burdensome. However, anything over that, the higher rating you receive could cause a financial hardship when trying to pay them. They were flexible with my payments and even stopped calling asking for a payment when I told them they were stressing me out. * I had receive my new rating but my back payment was delayed until about a month after I received the new rating. CONS: I have referred at least 4 vets to TM and all of them have started the process of making claims. As a result, TM will have made at the very least $50k from these referrals. They are grateful for the referrals but does not offer any incentive for the referrals. I don't know what to think of this but I do recognize it as a solid "CON" and will no longer be referring anyone I know to this service, unless they are already 90% disabled.

So I paid it. A month goes by and started to get another call asking for $2,000.00 and I said why I already paid the $5,000 and the caller said oh the VA increased you percentage so we need to charge you for that. I said no you already charged me over $5,000.00 and I specifically asked was that all I would have to pay and I was told yes. Why would you wait until everything is complete before you start charging. They said it was complete but they raised your percentage and I asked how do you know the VA raised it no one ever told me every time the VA raises percentage Trajector will charge me. So buyer beware. I read the article to the link below which explains what is happening. Instead of correcting the ship they stand by how they are profiting off Veterans. They were really good until paying time rolled around. I just don't want other Veterans to experience this. https://www.npr.org/2026/05/04/nx-s1-5719493/veterans-disabilities-claims-congress-legislation

I really have no words. This location is a DUMP and has like a crappy entry way and 4 old crappy…read morechairs. The place is embarrassing and looks like a shanty! STAY AWAY from this dump NOT professional. NOT MD's and NOT allergy experts at all. If you want to die - I guess go here and if you have Asthma or Hives (Chronic Uticaria) PLEASE do not go to this clinic. I cannot for the life of me even understand how stupid these people truly are. I have chronic uticaria - auto immune and get a xolair injection 1x a month at a Allergy Clinic. I have been getting the shots for four years. Xolair (also called omalizumab) is approved for my condition and Allergic Asthma that is so bad a person can't leave their home. IF you have anything like this going on please do not call or waste your time with Florida Medical Allergy Center. The NP is a joke and she knows nothing about Chronic urticara or Xolair. I made an appt after moving from Colorado to Florida to get a Xolair injection and i had the medicine with me. I called a few weeks ahead asked if they treat Xolair patients and if they have knowledge of my condition and they just LIED and I mean Flat out LIED to me. They checked with the NP who said oh yes have her come in and we will give her the shot. Seriously I kid you not. I drove an hour to the appt today. I got their and said to the girl after checking in "Do you want to mix my xolair so its ready (it has to be mixed with a centrifuge for 20 min prior to injecting it). She looked at me like a dear in the headlights. I could tell she knew nothing about xolair. She went to ask the NP who than came and got me and brought me in the back to a room. She sat me down and said "This is an Allergy clinic and we are going to test you for allergies". I was like NOOOOO your not you idiot dummy because you can't test a patient on Xolair for Allergies. I get a xolair shot 1x a month and I won't test positive for any allergies while on it. You would have to go off xolair for four months before any testing. What a bunch of dopes who had the nerve to just lie to me and get me to their clinic when they HAD NO BUSINESS NONE scheduling me in the first place. This is from XOLAIRS website about Skin Testing and HOW long you have to be off Xolair for skin allergy testing to work. DUMB people work here so buyer beware. NOT allergy experts I would never ever trust them. NOT Professional! "Although we cannot state a specific time at which skin test reactivity returns to normal based on these studies and their application to your patient, we can conclude that it may be a matter of weeks to months. Considering the half-life of omalizumab, I would think that the patient would have to be off therapy for three to five months to have skin tests return to baseline. However, skin test reactivity (lower than baseline) could occur much sooner. And in addition, complete suppression of skin tests is not universal after omalizumab administration. Therefore you could attempt to skin test your patient at this time. And if omalizumab did not suppress skin tests, you might be able to use the results to initiate immunotherapy. If the skin tests were negative, you then would have to discuss the "pros and cons" of cessation of omalizumab versus the potential benefit of immunotherapy. However, it is probable that the return of skin test reactivity could also be associated with return of symptoms."

My Wednesday's are difficult to work around so they suggested I come in to do a consultation first. We schedule an appointment for the next day (Tuesday) but they texted me a reminder for a different date. I called and they claimed there would be no reason why they would schedule me for a Tuesday because there would be no one here to assist me. This was literally the day after I made the appointment and they claimed they never would have done such a thing. The customer service is horrible and they were extremely rude to me over the phone. I cancelled my appointment because I couldn't make it in on Wednesday's, which I told them the day before, and I am taking my business elsewhere.

The staff would not follow doctor's orders and change his position every 2 hours. These facilities don't let you stay overnight or come in before 10am so during those hours a lot can go wrong and it does. Who would think that someone is is critically ill and needs care, would be given a tube feed product he was allergic to ? get a broken nose? lose a molar (during oral care?) have to work hard on the ventilator when he was septic and had a fever? and when wound care came in the first time, they were picking at a mole (thinking it was a staple to be removed) My loved one had tears in their eyes and I am glad I was there to stop them or they might have injured him further. Most nurses were unfriendly and one yelled when I asked basic questions. They have meetings in front of your loved ones saying things that can and do frighten the patient. It is too bad because when someone is put on a ventilator , they need time and good care. This place was shocking and everyday things got worse here.
