PROS: If you are tired of the VA Disability process and just want someone else to handle the paperwork or even stay on top of your claim to make sure it is being completed, then Trajector Medical (TM) is a great option. I will say that I still had to do some work BUT, TM will also think of things that you may not. If you are doing your own research alongside them, then you may as well do the claim yourself. I cannot say anything negative about their conduct compared to the none existing claiming to be appointed "Vet" advocates. BORDERLINE: If you have a 90% disability rating, the fee by TM is not burdensome. However, anything over that, the higher rating you receive could cause a financial hardship when trying to pay them. They were flexible with my payments and even stopped calling asking for a payment when I told them they were stressing me out. * I had receive my new rating but my back payment was delayed until about a month after I received the new rating. CONS: I have referred at least 4 vets to TM and all of them have started the process of making claims. As a result, TM will have made at the very least $50k from these referrals. They are grateful for the referrals but does not offer any incentive for the referrals. I don't know what to think of this but I do recognize it as a solid "CON" and will no longer be referring anyone I know to this service, unless they are already 90% disabled. read more

Beware what I thought was a good thing has turned into a nightmare for me. When my claim was done I was charged $5,244.69 I received a call that it was what I had to pay and how I would like to pay the caller was demanding and rude I asked if I pay this will this be all I had to pay and she said yes just pay that amount. So I paid it. A month goes by and started to get another call asking for $2,000.00 and I said why I already paid the $5,000 and the caller said oh the VA increased you percentage so we need to charge you for that. I said no you already charged me over $5,000.00 and I specifically asked was that all I would have to pay and I was told yes. Why would you wait until everything is complete before you start charging. They said it was complete but they raised your percentage and I asked how do you know the VA raised it no one ever told me every time the VA raises percentage Trajector will charge me. I have made 12 phone calls. Each time the phone is answered by a foreigner (sound Filipino), some had very broken English and I had to repeat most everything I said, sometimes 4 or 5 times! It's so frustrating as a 22 year Navy veteran who served with pride and dignity to have to speak to a foreigner about my service, some of which may still be considered classified. Trajector takes a huge chunk of your money and gives you poor, actually insulting service. I was told every single time that a stateside representative would call me back, 12 calls later and no one has called me back. I thank God I saw these reviews. I will look elsewhere for help. There are many companies who offer help with vet claims and have much better reviews and are much more affordable. I have done a considerable amount of research, be sure you do yours. I used this service and found the evidence they provide on your behalf not to be the most compelling evidence for a VA reviewer to grant a claim. They use the "throw enough stuff against the wall and something's gotta stick" approach. Most of my claim(s) were denied for not enough evidence. Granted there is the C&P examination you have to deal with as well, which, in my opinion, most are just doing them for a VA Check and for business rather than advocating for a veteran. Bottom line all this effort and expense for an additional 10% was really an efficiency and time management nightmare. Again, just my opinion, I think the best person to advocate for your claim is yourself or a very experienced and expensive attorney that is used to fighting the VA. If you are new to the filing VA claims, or planning on filing for another claim, make sure you file an "intent to file". I've been working with Trajector Medical since November 2024 and I still haven't been able to submit my package. This is my second review of Trajector and again it's a negative, not recommended review. The latest issue is the lack of responsiveness. I've been told to expect an agent to call at a particular day and time and no phone call. I've called the main number and NEVER have I been able to reach an agent after selecting 2 "current customer" option. If I select 1 "new customer" the. I get an agent who transfers me to the NEVER ANSWERED current customer queue. If I leave a callback number I NEVER get the expected callback. Maybe the owner or general manager can find someone to answer the phone. read more

You give them list of issues and they choose the low hanging fruit and you get your 10-20% and then they drive you crazy on sending documents and seem to milk the whole process. I was not happy with them but had a friend that did fine with them but they are very expensive. He told me they charged 10 months of his payments. Ask b4 hand to see what they charge. read more

I found Trajector Medical online and like most likely you, I was impressed with all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, there are many companies that know to solicit positive reviews when they know they will not receive them organically. I do not believe that these are real and genuine reviews. My experience with Trajector Medical began with an initial phone consultation, and it left a poor impression. The staff came across as unprofessional and overly pushy, and I struggled to communicate with them due to what seemed like a language barrier. I wouldn't be surprised if they're operating out of a foreign call center, possibly in the Philippines. The information they provided was written in broken English and riddled with errors about the injuries I sustained during my military service. In the end, I had to rewrite most of what they sent me, which was bare-bones to begin with. Frustrated, I requested to end their representation for my VA claim. I strongly suggest checking other review sites, example being the Better Business Bureau, where you'll notice a clear pattern of dissatisfied customers. I don't recommend using Trajector Medical. They're not accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, which means they legally can't charge fees to prepare, file, or pursue your claim. Worse, it's against the law for them to contact the VA and impersonate you to access your claim details. You're better off handling the paperwork yourself--something you'll end up doing anyway if you work with them. It's disappointing that a company like this exists, preying on veterans while offering minimal effort in return. read more

They provided very little help, called me at odd hours and charged Way too much! The people I talked to starting the process were well spoken. After that , I had a hard time understanding people. I paid roughly $6000. for almost no support. After I paid them in full it was a pain ending the business relationship. Don't use this company!!! Find a good VSO. Educate yourself online. read more

I did a claim almost two years ago using projector. They told me I couldn't do anymore claims with them except burn pits. Some how they found out last month I got a raise going to the VSO and they are asking for info. I told them on the phone they said they would not process my claim. I did it on my own and don't ask me for any information on me. read more

I contacted Trajector Medical back in October 2024. They worked with me on putting together a medical evidence package which was very thorough. I filed with the VA in late December and finally got a 10% rating from the VA at the end of March. I also was denied on a secondary claim. All good thus far !! I asked if they could assist with the appeal process and I was told no that they no longer do that. On March 31st, two hours after I sent them my RDL (Rating Disability Letter), I received an invoice for what I contracted to pay them. Approximately 2 hours after that, I got a phone call asking when I would be paying that invoice which had a due date of April 7th. So they are more interested in getting their money ASAP, as opposed to having empathy and professionalism. Their customer service and corporate policies needs to be revamped on how they handle their clients. read more

I feel the experience could've been better. I feel they take advantage of those that served. 5Xs is ridiculous and their payback system isn't fair to those that may not have it. Trajector receives more than you'll receive. I actually thought they already took my money until a few months later from my benefits they contacted me with a shocker. There are definitely better places to go that doesn't take advantage. I had a friend that had his benefits raised 20% for FREE! I wouldn't recommend Trajector over any others out there. The PRO is... they do get you more. The CON is... the sticker Shock! IMAGINE IF the take you from 20-100 in a few months... you might need a Loan just to pay them that 5Xs without gaining the interest they change. Don't Do It! read more

Trajector Medical Is a company that is supposed to investigate, process and file VA Disability claims for Veterans. They give you a list of services that they will perform and also a price list for their services. They provide the bare minimum with no actual investigation. They basically "copy" what you said onto forms, along with their mistakes, and then have you submit the forms without ever seeing them. You sign that the forms are true but you don't see them until after submitting. They stress how important the VA exam is and that they will "prepare" you for this exam. They ask that you contact them when you have an Appt scheduled so they can "get you ready". They gave me a 2.5 minute call, never even discussing the issues filed, the day before I even had an appt. I called back to notify them and they said they had already "Prepped" me. This company does nothing but fill out a few forms and then charge you. If they fill out enough claims, then they will get paid. It's just a numbers game and the Vet is the Loser!! Don't bother even trying to call, You'll never talk to anyone! I came to Trajector rated 60% with two rated disabilities. By using Trajector I won 100% with 11 rated disabilities. It was a long road. While it may have been work I could do myself, it was *easier* to use their service. Like, I can replace my own toilet if I watch enough YouTube videos, but it's easier to pay a plumber to do it- and then you know it's done well. The VA is not a fast process, so it took me almost two years to get to 100%. YES, there's a fee, because it's a professional service that curates medical evidence into packets that win. YES, it's stuff you can do on your own. NO, it's not the same thing as using a VSO- a VSO doesn't have licensed medical professionals. There were long periods of no contact, partly because of the VA and partly because of the process Trajector used to use. I had an issue with a related law firm which is no longer associated with Trajector. I do, however, strongly recommend working with Trajector especially if you have a bunch of smaller disabilities to keep track of. They definitely helped me develop my medical evidence and win my VA disability claims to my satisfaction. read more

You just find out what your getting and then the bill is just as fast then you get screwed on paying 90days to pay the amount that means for me they took the first about 8 months of my disability cause of the amount so then they rip in a payment plan benefits them not the vet just remember its not the nice people in the Philippines doing a job getting paid about 700 pesos a day which is 14 US dollars a day and they do 8 to12 hours pay attention go get it done with vet advocate spend the time there save yourself headaches and money read more

The initial intake with Trajector Medical is very good... I can say that my experience in the beginning was good. Only for it to decrease when the person who was helping me was no longer my rep to have questions. She had experience in what ratings I would possibly get if approved. She also would check periodically on me to see if anything of my initial medical appointment for my claim had come in. After that I got a call from Trajector Medical telling me that she will no longer be my rep. I could hardly understand this new rep assigned to me and he was not personal in my issues on my VA claim. He would only call to see if I received my "Claim Letter". Eventually my claim did come in after I had to do all the work to get the evidence and the records to the VA. I would call Trajector Medical on assistance on how to present it to the VA, but never could get through on the line or it was a long wait which ended in nothing being done by Trajector. I actually had to get assistance outside of Trajector Medical from other entities to assist me with my claim. To add to the problems with Trajector Medical...My original claim application they prepared for me was incomplete with some claims not address properly as per the VA. I had to redo the application over again for me to get a increase with no help from Trajector Medical. Basically to me I see Trajector Medical as more concerned about the money rather than assisting the veteran. The fee for their service is outrageous ... almost half a year of a veterans claim money they want. Plus any additional increase you may get in the future without their assistance. Horrible experience. Trajector Medical has a very bad and incredibly incompetent customer service. When I used their services I did not get an increase on my VA rating, I actually got a decrease. But I submitted my Decision Letters to Trajector Medical to close my relationship with them and move on to use a different company. After I used a different company I was able to get an increase on my VA rating but Trajector Medical started contacting me every day via phone calls, emails, and texts requesting me to submit evidence again. I spoke to many different representatives of Trajector Medical and submitted the requested evidence and then I received an invoice from Trajector Medical charging me for the increase on my VA rating even though I didn't get it by using their service. After having many frustrating conversations with customer service representatives that barely speak English and having to explain my situation over and over again I still haven't been able to get rid of Trajector Medical's constant harassment and I haven't been able to dispute the invoice charging me for work they didn't do. A complete nightmare. I have learned from many other veterans that have used Trajector Medical's services that I am not the only one who has experienced the exact same situation (or worse). This company is only attempting to take your money even if they don't do any real work for you. I am seriously considering taking legal action against Trajector Medical and I would encourage any other veterans who may find themselves under Trajector Medical's harassment to consider it as well. read more

I will add to the list of low reviews. If I could vote -100 I would. I sincerely wish that I had checked into this company more thoroughly before getting involved with them. Long story short, you send them all of your information and they "review" it then send it back to you with little to no guidance or changes. I got a slight increase however I did the majority of the leg work myself through YouTube and a couple of VA claim books I purchased. They bill you an "interest fee" of 1% for every month your account bill isn't resolved after 60 days. Charges ranged from $8 all the way up to $40 EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Now for the show stopper....they automatically without my authorization began to auto draft from my account every first of the month for $200. This continued for 5 months and after that period something told me to check my remaining balance which should have been around 200 bucks. I was shocked to see that the $1298 I owed them had suddenly increased to $1498. I called them and asked why $1000 of my money did not reflect on my bill and I might as well been speaking a different language to them as they basically told me that my payments were never made. Filed a claim with my bank, requested a stop payment and changed my information immediately.....you've been warned!!! FUN FACT: You will learn 1000 (no pun intended) times more and save yourself a lot of money by simply researching the va process through YouTube and buying a couple of books from Amazon! read more

Horrible company. When I contacted Trajector Medical, my impression was that they would investigate my medical records of surgeries for my knees, and develop the claim for the VA. Not so. I still had to do the legwork of researching and compilation of past medical history and submit it myself. Also, at the beginning of the process, they sent me a questionaire of my current medical conditions, such as blood pressure, sleep apnea, hypertension, hearing loss, diabetes, etc. None of which had anything to do with my knee problems for which I was seeking disability. In addition these problems had nothing to do with my time in the service, and any hope of service connection was ridiculous. But Trajector Medical scheduled appointments with medical evaluators for these conditions anyway. Which was a useless use of time any money. And basically that was the extent of Trajector's efforts on my behalf; making appointments. I did get a 20% disability decision for my knees. And now I owe Trajector Medical the first 5 months of the disability payments, for basically making the appointments, the easiest part of the process. Had I known that was all they were going to do, I would never have signed up with them. I have read other reviews saying that Trajector Medical also continues to check future claims awards with the VA, and demands payment for a percentage of them, even when they were no longer involved in the process, as though they were entitled to all future entitlements. How they are checking Veterans private information with the VA, without the Veterans knowledge or permission needs to be investigated. I state for the record, here and now that any such use of my personal information to obtain private information after today's date, (4/22/2025) will result in a lawsuit for invasion of privacy. Bottom line is don't use Trajector Medical. Listen to all the bad reviews. I wish I had. read more

Absolute scam. They literally do nothing but type what you tell them and then call you non-stop using foreign call centers. Their agents literally know nothing about what is going on. They made me upload the same documents I had uploaded previously. And they sent me an invoice for 20x my monthly disability payment (after I've already paid them the 5 month fee they require!!) After an entire year of VA denials with this company, I had enough. I tried closing out my file after the 5th denial - they just gave me the runaround via email and kept asking me for screenshots of sensitive information from my VA account. I eventually quit responding to their flippant requests. I have now blocked their emails and all the phone numbers they used. I later received an increase thanks to a different company that filed a completely new claim on my behalf in April 2024. 3 weeks later after I received the increase, I get a call from a new trajector number, from an obviously outsourced employee in the Philippines who barely spoke English. She wanted to discuss my disability increase, and attempted to receive payment for the claim that I pursued with the different company. Now, how did they find out that I received an increase? Turns out they use your personal information to impersonate you on phone calls with the VA to get updates on your claims. Shady. Fuckin. Business. Moral of the story, steer clear! If trajector tries to bill you for something they had zero involvement with, hang up the phone and do NOT pay them one cent. And since they refuse to close out my account, my personal information is still floating around their outsourced call centers in a 3rd world country. The CEO should be jailed for how horrible they run this outfit. read more

At first they did well for me but, when one decision from the VA took almost a year to get the answers to, Trajector left me hanging with 10% left to go. They would not follow up on the claim that was denied or help me fight it further after they had originally started it. They quit on me, I had everything paid off to them and then they quit on me and left me hanging. Now I am having to jump through hoops to try and contest the claim and resubmit the medical evidence on my own with a VERY limited time frame. I will absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. I am in the process now and every phone call I have made has been met with a representative that goes above and beyond, or if I don't get an answer I'll get a call back! It's basically like this if you don't want to jump through a ring of fire to file your own claim an like to have someone else file for you that have the experience and know how to get a rating for you TM is the place! I am happy with my services so far. You have the right to refuse the services when everything is explained it's simple. I am going through my medical portion of the claim and I have been seperated for 21 years, a friend referred me an told me straight up there is a charge but TM will do their best to get you something, don't go in with the mentality of its 100 percent or you failed me be open keep a clear mind and if your not satisfied nothing is set in stone ratings can change. I know what it was from my friend and the company themselves! They are a business at the end of the day, I've had a great experience, sorry for other people experience, but attitude contributes to the way individuals respond too. I signed up with Trajector to help with my disability claim. After about a year I did receive a 10% rating and nothing more. I called and asked if they would assist me with appealing the other issues that were denied, and I was advised that they do not help with that. So i waited awhile, watch some youtube videos and consulted with fellow veterans and i was able to submit my claim for higher review. I did all the leg work for this part. A few months go by and then I received an increase in my disability (no help for Trajector). out of the blue i stated getting calls from them. I never answered them as they did nothing to help me past the 10%. Today I received an email saying that I owe them $8,000 for the increase that I received. I had already paid them $900 for the 10%, and now they want me to pay them again for something they didn't help with. On top of that, they used my personal information without my permission to see if I received an increase or not. Watch out for this company and seek advice from other vets or the free services they have out there. read more

As a veteran I ha w been trying to get my compensation to 100% for years. They got my to my goal of 100 in 3 months.

Trajector (TJR) performed the services promised. I'm a 71 year old retired veteran and had been procrastinating with getting my VA rating increased. When I received a call from TJR I decided to allow them to work on my behalf. They were both quick and efficient in getting appoints scheduled and completing all the required paperwork. In my case, they called me with regular updates and were always polite and courteous. From start to finish, 7/8 months passed when I started receiving my increased benefit's. I've yet to receive my back pay but my monthly stipend has started so I opted to use their monthly payment plan to pay for there services. I wanted/needed a service like TJR due to having mental issues that caused too much procrastination, a service that was on top of completing all requirements in a very timely manner. The reason for the 4 Stars vs 5 is because of fees charged. I went from a 30% to 100% rating making my fee for their service quite expensive. I believe that they should cap the fee for service not to exceed 50% for 30-100% VA Rating increase. read more

I had read the reviews of Trajector medical, and I could have used the VA recommended folks, however Trajector came highly recommended from a friend. Full disclosure I am a retired Army GYN surgeon who served 39 years on active duty. I am a Gulf War combat veteran who deployed to Desert Storm and Honduras. I may have had a slight advantage because I am knowledgeable of the medical language. I do recommend that folks use the VA approved organizations for their initial disability claim, only because the cost of using Trajector may be a shock if you go from zero disability payment to a large disability payment. Trajector does inform you up front, that there is a 5X fee of the difference in pay from your original disability to the new disability amount. I was very satisfied with the assistance I got from Trajector to raise my disability from 80% to 100%. I tried to get hearing loss and hypertension added to my disability from my original compensation 3 times on my own through the VA system before consulting Trajector. Again, I am a medical provider, but the VA compensation system is difficult at best, even for someone who understands the medical jargon. The good thing with Trajector is they think of things from your initial disability compensation that you would not normally think of yourself. They are familiar with what the justification needs to be in order to get disability for those disorders. For example, the VA rated me at 0% for sinusitis and GERD yet Trajector was able to increase that to 10% each and they can do this with several of your already existing disabilities. The VA will send you a letter that Trajector is a predatory organization and not VA approved. Yes, you can use a VA approved lawyer and pay a 20% fee plus consultation fees, or you can get a set fee from Trajector medical. Trajector is not perfect, as they will have several spelling errors and substitute VA medical facility in place of Military treatment facility on your supplemental submission form, but you must take some responsibility for what you're submitting and review it yourself. I agree that with some of the support help, English is not their first language, however they are very helpful and polite. It took 6 months for my final disability to get approved, but the good news is the VA back pays you from the date of your submission, so the cost for using Trajector came out of the back pay amount. Again, like one reviewer said "you can change a toilet yourself by watching You tube videos or you can hire someone to do it for you". Trajector Medical does a good job in helping veteran's get the compensation they deserve. read more

Six months ago Trajector helped me increase disability rating from 30 to 80%. Great job. I paid the agreed upon $9118.00 fee Yesterday the VA informed me they were cutting me back to 30%. I called Trajector. After twenty minutes on hold I was told they couldn't help, my account was closed. More like they've got their money so I should go fish. read more

I Hired Trajector Medical to help me file a claim with the VA. From 29 Dec 2020 to 20 Apr 2022, I consulted with Vet Comp/Trajector, both via email and telephone. I forwarded the VA decision letter as requested and was invoiced for a 5 month consultation package on 18 Apr 2022. On 20 April 2022 I paid for all services rendered. It clearly states on the invoice sent from Trajector that "the email served as a confirmation that the medical evidence development services for the claims listed have been paid in full to Trajector.   I'm not where I would like to be, so I began researching to better educate myself on the disability process.  I submitted a new claim in Jul 2023, without Trajector's assistance, and received another increase in Dec 2023.   Out of the blue on 12 Jan 2024, Trajector started reaching out to me again, and on 18 Jan 2024, I receive a phone call and an emailed invoice for Medical Evidence and Consulting Service Fee totaling $1498.65. I'm not sure what database they have to continue to monitor this?   Trajector has not consulted with me or provided me with any new or additional medical evidence.  I have not spoken/communicated with anyone from Trajector since Apr 2022.   I have sent a letter to formally dispute the validity of this charge. I also requested they terminate the agreement, not contact VA on my behalf, remove all PII from their database, and cease any attempt to contact me.    No where in the authorization does it state that Vet Comp/Trajector can: 1. Continue to access my personal information after services have been rendered. 2. Bill me for services, without my request of said service. 3. Be entitled to any future money received if a new claim is ever submitted on my behalf.    Thankfully I kept all emails.  I have an appt with my lawyer to discuss Trajector's business practices, and their continued limited use of my personal information.  I am tired of people trying to benefit off of the hard work and sacrifices we Veterans make. read more

Did everything they could and everything that they would do. However ask them for an appeal and they can't help you. However they will take credit for it. They got me from 70 to 80. Everything else was deferred(later denied) or denied immediately. The VA messed up and gave me 100 and realized they were wrong and about took it away immediately. If it wasn't for another claim I had put in with the DAV prior to using Trajector. Now instead of being done with my bill, they tacked on another $7200 to my bill. read more
