They can create whatever "terms / conditions" they like so that when you do seek a refund after realizing what has transpired, they can point you (and your credit card company) to these terms. They still have their old school games like Terminator 2, Rampage, and Ski Ball. The condition of the machines varies due to a lot of use and wear/tear, but most machines still work. Since almost all games are on free play, you can play as many times as you want, beat the game, and watch the credits roll. There were newer games too and the condition looked good. It got crowded more during the afternoon with kids playing everywhere. The games that cost money were the ticket games and prize games, and the prizes they had looked really nice. The pinball machines are in the expanded area. While I didn't play any of the pinball games, they all looked in great condition and people were having fun. I was very happy they still had Final Furlong 2, and it was a workout rocking the horse in a jockey position. And they still have the mechanical alligator you can ride at the entrance for free. I didn't try the food or drinks, but there are spaces and booths where you can eat. Parking is free, but it can sometimes be hard to find as the lot is a bit small. While I would love to see more newer and better condition games, this is still a great place to spend 25 dollars for a long weekend fun. Overall: B+

This ballpark hosts the Florida Gators baseball team, and it opened about 2 years ago. This ballpark has an amazing 360 design view from the 3rd level which also serves as the floor for the press box and club seating. However on the 2nd level/concourse, that's where the main seating area is. There's more than enough seating and also there's berm seating for spectators who have the thrill to catch an out ball or even a homer! If you can get a chance to walk around, you'll be able to see the history of Gator baseball and the team's accolades. The concession stand has great food options ranging from the classic ballpark eats like hotdogs, peanuts, and popcorn to chicken caesar salad wraps, fried key lime cheesecake with a raspberry sauce, and a watermelon cooler. Also, the bathrooms are very clean which are amazing at a sporting event. My only issue is the parking, parking can be very tough especially if there's a tough competitor for the week/weekend, so I advise to get there early. I have been to several games this season, and I definitely enjoy the atmosphere and hanging out with the Gator fans.

It is a great spot for events, live performances, and community gatherings, and you can tell it is a central hub for downtown activity. The open layout makes it easy to enjoy concerts or festivals, and the atmosphere feels energetic but still laid back. There is plenty of space to stand or sit and take in whatever is going on, and it is especially fun when there is live music happening. The plaza is well known for its connection to music history and it adds a nice cultural touch to the downtown area. The only downside is that it is mostly event driven, so when nothing is happening it can feel a bit quiet or open. Overall, it is a great public space that really shines during events.
