I would definitely not recommend having any service done here…read more DO NOT GO HERE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I saw the many high start reviews and gave them our computer for a new display... on leaving it for service the lost all the info on the hard drive, and we had to put in a new drive. Also, they put a large dent in the back of the computer and on replacing the screen they cracked the glass, so we had to wait several weeks for them to get that part... only to install that and ruin the rubber around the glass with what looks like razor marks to remove the glass. The owner should have after all these error and mistakes offered to just give us the repairs but insisted on charging us. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Avoid this shop. Completely dishonest. I brought my Lenovo…read more3i laptop here for a repair. They charged me a $40 service fee plus $60 for a "new RAM replacement." To try and prove they did the work, they even handed me two old RAM sticks, claiming they were the parts they took out. Here is the problem: The Lenovo 3i comes with 8GB of RAM soldered directly to the motherboard, meaning there is only ONE extra expansion slot. It is physically impossible for them to have removed two RAM sticks from my machine. To make matters worse, the extra slot still isn't working, meaning they didn't actually install any new hardware either. I paid $100 for a completely fabricated repair and a couple of random old parts from their shop. Don't be fooled by their words. Go somewhere else. Here is attached payment proof..and 2 RAM returned to me..when I check with new repair today..there is a RAM already with motherboard..so havent replaced. If your service charge is 95$ and havent replaced one.why a dummy RAMreturned. I am a valid customer..

He was so nice and explained 4-5 different ways to the person. He also gave me info on a couple of different phones for when I'm ready to replace. Kudos !

No Customer Service. Did not repair screen properly and never apologized for the inconvenience…read more Would not refund any portion of money paid. Grandson took phone for repair on Sat. Sept. 1 around 3pm(they close at 4pm). When he got home and looked at phone to use it, the screen was moving, jumping, unable to function. He took phone to Batteries Plus, they fixed phone. We went to Mobile Tech on Tues. Sept 1 to request a partial refund. They never apologized for his inconvenience, but advised that since he made the maintenance agreement invalid by getting phone fixed by another Vendor there was nothing they could do and they don't do Refunds. When I informed them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the male behind the Counter said, "Just don't come back". They are offering a service that they are not trained to provide.

First time - I noticed a burn in on the screen (sidenote: you get a remanufactured screen not new screen when you replace the LCD... I did not know this). They replaced the LCD screen again. Second time - the glass for the screen was not glued properly and kept coming up. Came back and they fixed it. Third time, screen was coming up again. I returned and they fixed it. Fourth time, screen is unglued AGAIN. Returned and just asked for my money back b/c I was getting frustrated. I was told that I have a 90 day warranty and can keep using that but there is no refund. Great... who is going to continue to come back every other day for 90 days to get their phone fixed? It is okay place to get the screen fixed. I was quoted $50 but the LCD screen had burn marks so I had to replace it for &192. But, if you have a problem with it later on, good luck trying to get it resolved. My complaints fell on deaf ears.

Yesterday, settings opened by itself and scrolled to the page which has multi-control. Multi-control was already enabled. For those that don't know multi-control allows someone to remote control your device from another phone, computer, etc. Not cool. I disabled it. I was told diagnostic would be done before any repairs. My phone won't last a work shift without draining the battery completely. I used my phone twice last night. Once to turn it on to send a text but never got a chance to type it and, the other was to have someone ring my phone. That's it. I leave work and my phone was at 27%. My phone was at 94% when I left home. How did they run diagnostics and not notice this ridiculous battery drain? It wasn't like this before. I will be buying another phone from my carrier because this one is going in the trash or getting traded in for another one.
