Previously, our team was constantly being bogged down by slow response times, constant confusion about issue status and wondering how and where these issues were coming from along with understanding what the issue was to begin with. Since moving to managed services with CIO Technologies however, these issues seem to have disappeared over-night it seems. Ryan and the onboarding staff were instrumental in getting us integrated with their environment, recognizing where our pain points were, and providing solutions and strategies to make issues that we'd become accustomed to turn to things of the past. If our staff needs to reach out to their support team for day-to-day questions, Darby and the help-desk team are always attentive to our needs and informative in how the issues we face occur and quick in providing solutions to how to alleviate these roadblocks. Our team couldn't be happier with the shift and we recommend meeting with their team to see the difference their support can make in your business!
