I have been a patient of Dr. Casey's for over twenty years,. Today I tried to make an appointment…read morefor an eye exam. My insurance has changed and I did not have my new number handy. The clerk would not make an appointment for me without my insurance number. I found this to be highly insulting. I am not a new patient off the street, but a patient of twenty years. My three children are also patients of Dr. Casey. We have always paid any copays at time of service. To me this is a red flag that with Dr. Casey it is all about the money and not about the patient. I am very disappointed with this practice and will be seeking eyecare elsewhere as will my three children. It would have been nice if Dr. Casey's clerk could have shown me some grace.

The way you lost my very expensive designer frames that I trusted you with and the poor way it was "not" handled was unacceptable to say the least. just had my annual with my new eye doctor and it was found that one side of my progressive lenses were misaligned. Now I understand why I always felt off balance wearing the glasses! Another issue that you could not fix....simply stated "sometimes it takes time". Another issue was the tint on my sunglasses. As you know they had to be returned to get the correct darker tint that I had paid for. Highly unprofessional practice and untrained employees for the most part. I would never recommend this practice.

Had prescription checked with him and he said THEY made them up wrong. They didn't. His prescription was way off... Had 3 "2nd" opinions. Finally got new prescription from another doctor. After everything, found out I didn't need new glasses after all. Cost me over $700.00 for nothing!!!

The front desk people did my basic exam WITH my contacts on. I had to tell them that I should probably take them out. The doctor came in and asked what I was here for to which I replied "just wanted to make sure I'm healthy and get a prescription for glasses and contacts." She started the exam and it was awkward. She told me my left eye had a huge difference than my right eye. This was odd to me because my eyes rarely changed over the years but it could be possible. She insisted on giving me a higher prescription for my left eye. I asked to see the difference (just so I can see what it would look like together) and she refused. I was speechless at the refusal and it seemed like she was just picking random strengths to prescribe. It felt like she assumed I only wanted the prescription and rushed through the process. She rushed so much when we got to the front, the front desk staff showed her I opted in to the $39 extra exam that she never did. I politely declined, I wanted to get out of there.
