After about two weeks, my eyes started getting much better. I had a lot of trouble getting the eye drops that he recommended approved through my insurance company. You know how that goes! The doctor's assistant worked very hard to get the insurance company to approve them. She stayed on top of them and that's pretty rare. However the tech were not a helpful, caring or concerned but was dismissive. I had to point out what my insurance covered twice before making my final selection. They did not properly make sure the glasses fitted after picking them up. I question the tint and scratch guard for my glass and was told that my prescription had them both. Less than 1 month a small crack in the lens, per the tech that way normal. Never able to see or notice tint and 9 months later the entire lens scratched up to wear my vision is blurred. I have glasses from 5-10 ago and none of them have any scratches or the amount that this pair I currently have does. I will never recommend any Visionwork location.
