It started with a friendly hello from a member of the staff. The whole spay procedure went well. 2 days later she was bouncing around like nothing happened. The cost was way lower then anywhere else I checked, This puppy was the 3rd one I brought to Kelly"s. If the need should arise, I will definitely return!!! read more

Everything went smoothly and all of my questions were answered. Staff was kind and informative.

My dog is in a delicate condition. I spoke with the staff there by phone, they conducted a phone consultation and asked for photos and information, which I provided in detail. They gave me an appointment, and I drove over an hour to see them. But when I arrived and they examined my dog, they simply told me they couldn't help him, that they lacked the necessary technology to treat him... They could have told me that before I made the trip in person...it was a wasted day. They didn't even prescribe any medication for his pain or inflammation. I don't understand why some doctors care more about money than saving an animal's life; for some, the title of "doctor" is far too big for them to live up to. That is why I do not recommend this place. If your dog has a minor issue like a mosquito bite, then take them there, but if it is something urgent, don't waste your time, they'll tell you they can help, only to ultimately offer no assistance read more

My sister's kitty, Oreo, needed his rabies vaccine updated as it was a requirement for her new apartment. We were on a time crunch to get this done. I called Dr. Kelly's scheduling line and explained the situation. The representative said they are usually booked out a bit for vaccines, but she would call the East Mesa location and see what she could do. Magically, she got us scheduled for the very next day. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they were able to take Oreo back then and there and get his vaccine done early. The tech also gave us some recommendations from their brief exam to help Oreo's overall health. The price was super reasonable and I think this took about 10 minutes altogether. Great experience! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff was well trained and informed of everything that was going on. They took great care of my pet and totally fixed the issues that were wrong. And they did even more work then was quoted and still came in under the quote. Super staff and I'm sure the doctor was just as awesome. Thanks Kelly's . I highly recommend Kelly's . read more

Absolutely wonderful experience and the incisions on my 55 pound dog were so small than it was shocking. She is healthy as can be and doing great. I can't recommend them enough. read more

They sure took my money fast enough, but pulled 9 teeth without even telling me. We only talked about one or two molars that MIGHT need to be pulled. The worst part is that her health declined rapidly, and I called them 4 times and left messages. I got one call back after 5 days and ultimately took her to urgent care. I was actually trying to talk to someone to get some questions answered. After I called and specifically asked for a manager to call me- no one CALLED ME BACK read more

My 1.5 yo pup was spayed at this location. Everything was great: the service, the explanation of after-care and payment. Most importantly, the recovery was fast and easy. The scar is very small and my pup has absolutely no discomfort. I definitely recommend Dr Kelly's for spay and neuter services. Best service in town. read more

Our two year old Kitty needed dental work and DR. Kelly's offered very reasonable pricing. But more importantly, this office was very accommodating and professional. Within a few weeks kitty was treated and recovering. We were never left in the dark as to what we could expect. They really cared about our situation and our kitty. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to the whole staff. read more

I had a mass removed on my dog and on the fourth day after surgery, she slipped out of her cone while in her kennel and removed several stitches. Dr. Kelly's responded first thing in the morning to a late text message from me in a panic. They requested pictures, sent them on to their medical team, and fit me in that day for her to be seen in person. That meant to world to me! read more

The techs are kind and caring. They are taught to upsell...So a reasonably priced spay, turned in to a $500 + day, but it's still less than a spay at another vet. read more

My Vienna's received care at Dr. Kelly's on April 30. I am sad to say that Vienna passed away from aspiration pneumonia and sepsis not 48 hours after leaving their office. I spoke to their office twice with concerns regarding Vienna and her recovery and was reassured both times that what Vienna was expecting was "normal for after a dental" and "give her time to recover". Friday morning Vienna was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and sepsis and needed ICU care to try and stabilize her. When the ICU Dr. called Dr. Kelly's office to discuss Vienna's procedure they were told "Drs are unavailable until Monday. " Sadly, Vienna did not have that much time.  Nothing will bring my sweet Vienna back, but I hope her story prevents other pets having to go through what she did. read more

Excellent experience! Our 7yo Lab was due for her teeth cleaning. From my 1st contact to schedule the appt to the day after phone call checking in our girl, was awesome. Everyone was kind and friendly. Dropped off at 745am and picked her up at 1105am. Paid $100 deposit when scheduling and then $265 after the appt. No extractions. So affordable and awesome job!!! read more

Thank you Dr Kelly for taking care of Charlee. We are so grateful. Your staff helped me right away. Charlee really needed to have that wound closed up and all of her other wounds cleaned.I was very scared that she might lose her leg. Being able to communicate so easily and efficiently really helped us both. The stress from her being hit by a car was overwhelming. Not knowing if it was possible to make her whole again due to her injuries was terrifying. All of that went away because of you and your staff. Thank you for doing what you do.You helped us through this and I am forever grateful. Charlee is doing great, her wounds are healing and of course that tail is always wagging. Thank you again for all that you do! It's scary these days trying to find a vet that is focused on helping the animal first and foremost and the owner being able to afford it. Thank you for making it possible to take care of our pets. read more

I will never go to another clinic for Rabies shots again. Friendly, quick, and a great experience. Inexpensive too compared to taking them to the vet and a million times better of an experience to going to the shot clinics at Tractor Supply and Shoppers. read more

The staff was very friendly and gave me good advice. I took my yearly in for his boosters shots and he is very high energy. I feel they treated him with care and took good care of him while he was back in the examining room. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly to all my family and friends. read more

Needed a simple neutering for my doodle. After some research, this place looked to be about half price. Setting up an appointment was easy. We had an appointment booked in the same week and got it. It was fast and easy and very affordable. We were not looking for a vet, we were looking for a low cost surgery option. Could not be more happy with the speed, cost, and quality we received. Any pet procedures will only be at Dr. Kelly's now! read more

We used Dr Kelly's surgical until in Mesa for our 10 year old dogs dental cleaning because we thought they were lost cost and were recommended by a lot of people on Facebook. When we arrived we were surprised that they don't have anyone up front just a check in station with a sign in sheet, clipboards, waiting area and a camera to see when patients arrive. We would like to have had a front desk type person but I believe it's to save them money to be able to offer lower cost services. We brought our dog in for her pre surgery bloodwork that is required if your dog is 10 years old or older to make sure they are healthy enough to be put under for surgery. When we checked in a vet tech came out and took our dog back to get looked over by a vet and took our get an estimate. We never got to meet or see the vet. Our estimate was $800-$1200 for a 40 pound dog and was dependent on whether or not she needed any teeth pulled, collar etc. The cleaning itself would have been about $300 but there were alot of other fees added such as anesthesia, pain meds, anti nausea medication, bloodwork, X-rays etc. Our regular wanted over $1500 so we still saved money. read more

Overall I had a positive experience with this vet service. Just FYI in order to book an appointment there is a $40 NONREFUNDABLE fee. The fee does go towards the surgery balance. I booked my appointment online and was later able to speak to a girl in the office before my dog's surgery. I told her that I wanted to confirm with her how much it was going to be upfront and that the pain meds were included. She said it would be $163 and yes the painkiller rx was included. The day of the surgery I dropped off my dog in the morning at 9:15am and I was asked if I wanted to include an IV during surgery for an additional $91 and that it would help my dog with the surgery and recovery. Of course I didn't want my dog to suffer so I said yes. At this point I was expecting a balance of around $220 ($260-40) . I received a call at 11:50am that the surgery went well and that my dog had an odd shaped uterus but nothing to be too concerned about and that I could come pick her up in an hour. When I got there they told me the balance was $375. As you can imagine I was a lil surprised since that's not what I was told. Quickly we found out that they had added medications that I had declined and that the pain meds (after surgery) are not included as I was lead to believe. The day of surgery the dog receives a painkiller with the anesthesia that is supposed to last the day but that' s it so if you don't want your pet to be in pain afterwards you should add the painkillers ($27). Also they added a fee for the "irregular uterus" of $45 and $37 for antibiotics. I paid it but to this day no one could tell me what the additional undisclosed $45 charge was for. In the end my dog got spayed and she is still alive and nothing went wrong with the surgery from what I can tell so I'm going to call it a win even though the process to get there in my opinion was more complicated then it needed to be. I understand that they are trying to cater to people of all means but the nickel and diming is a bit much and I would have preferred to be quoted one price that just included everything. With that being said it was still cheaper than had I gone to our normal vet so I think it's a good affordable option. read more

Went in for free consultation, first off 1 hr wait... second wanted a 99$ blood draw without a consultation or a check by a vet for teeth cleaning? This is a consultation/estimate because my dog is 11.. had numerous teeth cleanings before, tell the tech no on the blood because I'm here for an estimate.... Takes my pup back returns in 3 minutes, says I'll be back with your service estimate. Comes back with 1200$ plus estimate saying my dog needs 10/12 teeth removed plus the 299 cleaning! Do not use these people! My dog has tater it's a preventative treatment, had same issues with no teeth removed from vca, pet smart, and spca... everyone at clinic while waiting was hit with a up charge or a huge delay! BEWARE!!! Read the reviews.... read more

The appointments happened on time, and the staff who interact with customers are very nice. This is third experience with Dr. Kelly's. Our first visit was in the mobile unit, the second was in Glendale, and this visit was at the East Mesa location. We keep coming back because of value and they've always been so professional and kind. I was assisted by Hillary and Melanie and both were great! Hillary explained everything and made sure we had everything we needed and Melanie called during surgery and helped me make decisions. My dog has half a nose so she had a big gap the doctor offered to close to keep stuff out. It was only $50! I thought it was wonderful they thought of it and my dog will be happier. Dr. Kelly's makes the process easy and they make it affordable. And they take Care Credit. Thanks to Colby, Rose, Brylie, Hillary, Melanie, and Dr. Johnson! read more

Dr Kelly's was absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I dropped Thor off for surgery to remove a mass on his paw, Cimmaron was awesome and helped me to not be as worried and stressed about the surgery. I checked in with them to see how things were going and they were again so kind and helpful. Dr. Phillip called after surgery and took time explaining to me how things went and answered any questions I had. When we removed the wrap from his foot I could not believe how good his paw looked. athe mass was in a tough spot in his paw and we were concerned it might be difficult to stitch it but he did and amazing job. Dr. Kelly's sent us home with pain meds and antibiotics as well. I got a quote from a specialist of over $5,500 and saved over $4,300 by taking him to Dr. Kelly's. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

This review is in light of their dishonest advertising. I reached out for a quote for a dental cleaning for my cat. They said they couldn't give me one as each case is different and seeing it is the only accurate way. I understand that. They said they offer a free consultation to determine the quote, so I agreed to have them call me and set it up. When they called, I was disappointed to hear they're booking 2-3 months out. What made me stop the call immediately is when they said I had to schedule the actual procedure appointment at the same time as the consultation, AND pay $100 deposit. That's not a free consultation, that's a trap. Dr. Kelley's, I understand your time has value, but it's extremely dishonest to promise a free consultation that is really only "free with a several hundred dollar purchase". After reading reviews, I'm glad I stopped. read more

I am only leaving one star because I have to. My cat had his leg amputated and within 4 days he ended up in the emergency room with a massive infection and was not originally sent home with antibiotics. I was told by the ER that he should have been sent home with antibiotics. They had to basically open him up and remove all the infection and dead tissue and put in a drain port. The stitches done from Dr Kelly's was very bubbly and the stitches from the er were perfect. I called and spoke with someone about the issues and first they told me they don't have supervisors then a supervisor called and left a message and I returned the call left a message and never heard back from anyone. read more
