I was worried that the experience would be traumatic for my daughter, but Dr. Klein made the process super easy. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over the all steps during the prep and answered all of my daughter's questions. I could tell that my daughter was more relaxed once her questions were addressed by the prep nurse. Dr. Klein also has a great sense of humor which also helped put my daughter at ease.
