When it comes to our health care quality (dentistry, medical, etc.) making our decisions on price point alone can prove to be a very constly gamble in the end. I would dream of putting my dental care in the hands of an inexperienced or "cheap" provider! Dr. Sferlazza and his team know the value of a lifetime customer! I wouldn't have been this loyal to him and his staff (especially since moving from Mississauga to Toronto and having to drive a long distance to my appointments) if it wasn't for the fact that they are, by far, the best in the business in my experience! The quality of the work is second to none, the "bedside manner", thoughtfulness and friendliness of the staff, superb! I feel like a family member when I go for my appointments! Dr. Sferlazza's practice offers a very positive experience during every visit. It feels more like going to the spa than the dentist, thanks to the comforting interiors (down to the massage chair!!!), the welcoming staff and attentiveness during the consultation and procedure. I already had surgery in 2012 with another dentist and it was a fail. I was refereed to Dr. Caudry as an urgent situation and I got a call from her office quite fast. She was very confident that she could fix my problem and the surgery took place a few weeks after. I was expecting it to last for hours - It took only 30 MINUTES AND I WAS OUT. Very quick and efficient. I healed very well (although let's be honest, it was excruciatingly painful) and her reception always made sure to send me text and email reminders for each follow up appointment. My problem has been fixed and I am thrilled with the result. Dr. Caudry's office is conveniently located right next to Bay subway station, in the middle of Yorkville. You would expect her rates to be crazy high because of the prime location, but honestly - it is quite reasonable. Of course it is expensive as she is a specialist ($150 for the initial appointment, if I recall), but it is pretty average. I think the only downturn is if you're driving, it can be a pain to find a parking spot.

He explained to me exactly what had to be done, why and above all how much it would cost. I decided to follow his recommendation and got the four teeth pulled all at once. Let me tell you that I was very anxious about having this procedure, but to my surprise he made it very pleasant, that's right pleasant imagine that pleasant. I expected swelling, pain and discomfort but that did not happen. I was back to work the next day a little sore but nothing that I could not manage with a few Advil. Good job, I will be their patient as long or shall I say for the shortest time possible.
