He was confident, friendly, with very good bedside manner and made me feel calm and comfortable. He removed the large split molar at the back of the mouth. I was so anxious before my surgery, but her calm and friendly attitude made me feel at ease. She really has that "motherly touch". She explained every step in detail and I didn't feel any discomfort. Nurse Keri also worked with me in 2007 when I had another procedure done at age 14. My family and I were pleased with my experience then, the same way I am today. She is incredible and so lovely. I put this orthodontic treatment and surgery off for almost 10 years because I was so afraid, but I know I am making the right decision with him as my surgeon. He is honest, professional and has a great sense of humor. He will take care of you and do what's best for you. The receptionist Lyn, was really nice and helpful mentioning all the services they offer on site and a bit of the history of the place. She mentioned that they had just had a couple cancel and could get the both of us in in 20 minutes. She was not pushy at all and we took her up on it. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and we were both whisked away. I had Samantha who was a doll and made me feel at ease. I'm not to overly fond of dentists. And hubby had Melissa who was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We are both so happy that fate made us walk in. The facility is amazing and the staff are exceptional. Highly recommended.
